mophie juice pack PRO - iPhone 4 & 4S Battery Case

I received this product as a gift. Aside from the weight, the case and auxiliary power were great. Although I had to purchase an adapter that would allow me to use headphones through the thick case, I still enjoyed the case. However, several months into ownership the power switch broke and I could no longer switch back and forth to control auxiliary power. Later the charging port began to malfunction and only charge if the cord was held in the proper position.I asked mophie to allow me to pay for repairs or refurbishment and they said they only did warranty replacement. Since it was a gift, I had no receipt or idea of when it was purchased, so they determined by the serial number that it was not under warranty. Again, I asked if I could pay for repair or refurbishment. They refused, only offering a 10% discount on a new purchase. I'm glad it was a gift. I would not purchase a $250.00 case that the manufacturer won't even repair at my expense. I assigned one star, just because the case performed as it was supposed to, prior to needing repair.

This is 1 of the best cases I have ever owned. Stood the test of time! The battery pack itself never let me down. Down side it is a bit heavy and feels like a brick. But I beat my phone up a lot and if you do too, then this is the case. It has handled all drops without fail. Fantastic equipment.

I ordered this case specifically to protect/recharge my phone while golfing and hiking. The case is very sturdy and provides good drop/shock and rain protection. Also, The GPS apps I use tend to drain my battery, but this charger has performed great. I've had it for about two months and the advertised 1 and 1/2 full recharge capacity has been fairly accurate. I read all the other negative reviews regarding the poor mic/speaker/camera cover design, but I didnt care about that. I only use this case when I'm outdoors relaxing with friends, so I dont take a lot of phone calls during that time anyway. Its way to bulky to carry around in your pocket everyday. I guess it all depends on how you plan to use the case, but it has worked great for me.

I ORDERED 3 OF THE MOPHIE REFURBISHED JUICE PACK... 1 WAS LIKE NEW AND LOOKED GREAT...1 WAS EXTREMLY DIRTY WITH WHO KNOWS WHAT AND DOG HAIR BUT AFTER I SPENT TIME CLEANING IT AND PUT IT TO USE IT WORKED GREAT... THE LAST ONE #3 WAS VERY DIRTY AS WELL AND DID NOT WORK... AFTER EMAILING COMPANY THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK FOR WARRANTY... ONE SNAG... I HAD TO PAY FOR ALL, ETC!!!! NOTHING LIKE HAVING TO CLEAN A PRODUCT/ PRODUCTS YOU BUY THEN HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDNT WORK.. SINCE I AM A TECH THAT DEALS WITH SIMILAR STUFF I LOOKED AT ALL AND REPAIRED THE BAD CONNECTION OF THE PINS THAT DID NOT WANT TO LINE UP WITH MY BRAND NEW IPHONE THAT WAS WAITING FOR THIS JUICE PACK TO BE USED. AS FOR MOPHIE... GREAT PRODUCT!!! AS FOR PERSON/ COMPANY DOING REFURB WITH DOG HAIR, DIRT, AND NOT TESTING PRODUCT FUNCTION BEFORE IT SHIPS... I WON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

INCREDIBLE product! I've bought it in 2013, and it's still with the same charge and battery duration. I'd surely buy again the same product, or better.By the way, better than the product, it's the company. I'm from Brazil, and i've bought it from amazon, having it delivered to a friend of mine in Miami. With the time and use, the rubber case broke in some places, and I've asked the company where I could buy spare parts here in Brazil (or somewhere else, to have it sended here). For my surprise, after some talk, Mophie send me a brand new one, without any charges (even without the posting fees!). It's IMPOSSIBLE to have the same care here in Brazil, with ANY company. Well, we're completely messed up here, but that's another story...Thank you VERY much, Mophie and your PR guys!!

I just got this case a day ago and I am impressed.Its really rugged and for the type of work that I do,It has to be.Its better than the Otterbox and Griffin case.I love the fact that it has its own backup battery built right in and the led lights on the bottom let you know how long it needs to stay on the charger.It was a little difficult to put on first but I figured it out.Believe me, with this case, you can drop it with confidence(Not saying that you would) and not worry about it.It shipped in a timely manner too! I was happy with the product and with the seller. It looked like the(Seller) took time to package and ship it right!

It's about 9 months old and it has had nothing but problems. Call customer service and you get someone who doesn't speak Englih and online is worse. The "never got an email from you". Is always a good response. They got my complaint and they got one asking what they're going to do about fixing but never got the pictures they asked for. First time ok it happens. Second might be a coincidence but third time, I emailed my wife to see if I was doing it wrong, they didn't get pics. Wife did tho. Don't buy and settle for fact I did. iPhone is junk and so is the case.

Great case a bit bully but the battery is very powerful and my phone lasts all day without a charge.

In all fairness it has protected the phone perfectly. Unfortunately several drops did manage to break the hard plastic inner case around the power input port.But my biggest criticism of the design is that it will only mount in the holster face INWARDS. So it's impossible to mount the holster somewhere and use it as a holder and still read the screen.Most other protective cases are reversible but this one has a batter pack as well. Both would be nice.

I was worried about purchasing an iPhone (4s). I have seen friends, family and workmates dragging their charging cable with them everywhere. I realized you cannot purchase extra batteries so I started looking for battery chargers. I came across the Mophie. Fabulous product. It does what it says. Follow the instructions and you will not have problems.The only down side. Man hands! The protective case, vertical edges, are a little too close to the iPhones screen causing incorrect buttons being pushed by your thumbs.
