This is my second Soville pan and I won't buy anything else now. 1: the heat distribution is even. 2: cooks without sticking, 3: easy to clean, 4: looks smart, 5: handle is easy for older hands to grip, 6: lids fit well with a central handle which doesn't get hot, 7: great on gas but also can be used on my tiny induction hob. This pan is a perfect size when it's meals for two. Next on my wish list is a size bigger. Thought I was a good cook but these pans have helped improve flavours simply because of the even heat and the excellent non-stick.

What is this witchcraft??? I've made porridge for 50+ years, on a hob with various pans over the years and it ALWAYS sticks... until now. I've never found a pan that doesn't have at least some porridge stuck in the bottom. This is an amazing pan and I will be buying more 😀

I've had to amend my initial glowing review as I have discovered that Scoville are less than transparent with their guarantee. Nowhere on the packaging does it say you have to register your pan within 6 months for the guarantee to be valid, its hidden within the download for the care instructions. Just something to be aware of & I've knocked a star off as I think that's a bit sneaky of them!! That said, I still think these saucepans are great, I'm slowly replacing all of my pans with this make. The non stick is brilliant, and they are for all hob types. I use on gas, my brother on induction & they are equally good on both. Ive had some of my pans well over a year now, & they are still as good as new. They are good quality & very reasonably priced, & if/when one fails through constant use, I would replace with the same brand

It is never stick. Use this for scrambled egg... so easy to clean. No scrubbing required.

this non stick pan is great better then the teflon pans have a frying pan made by scoville if ever wears out definately buy again

The pan will leave residue from the cooking process, but certainly cleans more easily than my previous so-called non-stick plan. However, I regret having purchased this particular make as hadn’t picked up that the lid handle wasn’t fully heatproof and there are no drainage holes round the lid itself. What I dislike intensely though is the fact there are SIX brand advertising labels. The lid is the worse because some are white and clearly always visible. I thought at first they were peel off labels, but sadly not. Don’t know why the brand name needs to be anywhere other than underneath the pot. Fortunately I have another lid of the right size which is heatproof, has drain holes and is brand label free.

After reading other feedback I would like to leave mine The pan is sturdy. I have an induction job and can confirm that the pan must be used on correct size ring otherwise it will not heat . The main reason I purchased was because when cooking poached eggs the residue white is virtually impossible to remove off a stainless steel pan. I washed the scoville in warm soapy water before using. The egg white did adhere to the pan so had to use a light scrubber after soaking in warm soapy water. I thought I would give the pan a second chance otherwise I would have to return. After washing in soapy water I smeared the surface with cooking oil with kitchen roll. This solved the problem
