Looks as good as it works. Makes your towel toasty, plenty of room for two large bath towels. Really like the top shelf for stacking hand towels.

It went up perfectly, just would add that you might want to make a template to get it straight and level. Otherwise it works well and looks great in our remodeled bathroom.

We bought this for our master bathroom, so we use it each time we shower. You need to turn it on well in advance of your shower. With 2 thick folded towels hanging over it, it doesn't warm them very thoroughly. If I took his towel down and opened mine across the bar, it would likely warm all of it... but then where do I leave his towel when I shower?There are probably other better warmers but the first one we ordered was missing a piece and they didn't know when it would be in stock again. We returned it, bought this one, and hoped it was all there. We're not going to wait weeks again for another order.

Dont assume this unit is square and true when it comes out of the box. The heater works fine, I added a smart socket to mine so I could have Alexa turn it off after 20 minutes. The worst thing is the install. My tip is to drill the holes for the top two brackets and make sure that is square and then level the rest of the heater.

Maybe my expectations were too high but I was expecting to be able to turn this thing on at the start of my shower and wrap up in a warm towel after.Not so.Turning it on at the start of a shower results in a towel that is not noticably warm. Starting it 20-30 minutes before gets you a towel that is just barely warm, but not really enough to feel good.I have tried different single and double folding, weaving through the bars, even wrapping around the bars - nada. The bars do get *very* warm, but it doesn't seem too transfer.Tips: The unit DOES come with a hardwire kit, although it is prewired for a plug. The wall mount is very sturdy, strongly recommend setting blocking or using a toggle bolt. The top rack does not heat, only the horizontal bars. Wiring this to a timer is the jam - I used a 20/30/60 minute timer controlling a dedicated outlet. Otherwise you are supposed to manually turn it on and off - major drag.Bottom line, I'd return this if I hadn't gone to the trouble of installing it and wiring a plug for it already.

Bought this item for my new bathroom. Picked this one specifically because it was the only one that came in the color black with a shelf. Disclaimer -the shelf part doesn't warm, only the rails and rack portion heat up.Not sure what the 1 and 2 star reviews are all about, this rack is outstanding! I had it professionally installed with a dedicated timer. This thing gets as hot as you would ever want it to. It is just hot enough to be uncomfortable to your skin if you grip the rails. If it were any hotter I would be worried about the liability of it burning me or a guest in my home.If you hang the towels correctly, it warms them to about the equivalent of pulling them directly out of the dryer. Of course, that warmth is not evenly distributed over the entire towel, but it's good enough to keep the majority of the towel warm. And it does a great job of drying damp towels faster than regular room air.I think it's worth hiring a professional electrician to install it and hardwire it. Also make sure that it is getting the maximum voltage. My electrician did warn me that if the rack is not connected to a circuit with enough power to meet the demands of the entire circuit, including other appliances in the room, it will struggle to achieve maximum heat capacity.Overall, I think this is an awesome item and I couldn't be happier with it. EXCELLENT purchase!!

We really liked the design, but this towel warmer is poorly constructed with crooked bars (i.e., they are not perpendicular). It is not even close. See the picture. We even ordered a second one on the hopes that it was an isolated incident, but it was crooked also. Now they are both going back.
