Samsung DW80R7061UG 42 dBA Black Stainless Top-Control Dishwasher

Having Problems with this dishwasher, need information on obtaining The Warranty Information!

I bought this in July of 2021. And It is late June of 2023. The main board is trashed according to the repair pro. $400 to $500 to fix according to him. We are only a household of 3 people so this was not run excessively. Stay away. Samsung should be embarrassed by this one!

Looks nice and washed dishes fine. Less than a year in an interior side piece which should be welded in popped off, blocking the bottom half of dishwasher from opening and closing. So now only the top rack is useable. It took 3 months to get Samsung to send a repair person, who had not read or been informed of the issue, then another 6 weeks for repair to supposedly come back with parts, which they abruptly rescheduled twice, then no-showed and when I called contracted repair person, they told me Samsung cancelled their ticket and won’t be repairing my under warranty dishwasher. Samsung never contacted me and have offered no compensation nor explanation for drawn out and cancelled service. 7 months of use and it’s shiny landfill. Beyond horrible service and no honoring of warranty.

I’m not one to write bad reviews about products, but please don’t waste your money on Samsung Appliances. They are all crap. I made the mistake assuming their appliances would be good since I enjoy their audio products.We’ve already replaced the Stainless Fridge (after thawing it out several times, and begging the Rep to send a Technician out to replace a part) and now we’re tossing the matching Dishwasher in the landfill (that never worked that great to begin with).I’ve got photos of the frozen up coil on the fridge and a GoPro video of the Dishwasher doing nothing but dripping water onto the dishes, per request.

Interior side panels bent off and blocked the bottom drawer from moving. We drilled some screws to hold them back but it was just silly that this happened in the first place. The sprayer on the top came off and couldn't put back on. The rack rollers would always come off. The adjustable rack was always clumsy and I just didn't bother with it after a while. Finally last week, a wire burnt on the sensor panel (repair tech couldn't really say how). Cost to replace panel and labor was estimated at $500 so I said screw it, it's going in the dump. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Bought this dishwasher because it looked nice and we liked the fridge.It stopped working after 9 months. (It would no longer fill up with water). Samsung refused to honor the warranty, because we bought it a few months before it was installed. I will never buy another Samsung product after this experience.
