I am a big fan of chromium to aid in metabolism & weight control, and I give this product a thumbs up. These pills are small (as most chromium pills are), and I find the morning is the best time to take. My personal experience is that taking chromium later in the day is activating ... it revs me up, so I just don't take it later in the day.This is not a holy grail and there won't be over-night effects. However, it will work synergistically with healthy eating, other supplements, and physical activity.

I use this to help with my blood sugar as I do not want to take medication or insulin, so with diet and supplements like this, I do good.

This product consists of yeast (brewer's yeast) that was grown in a high-chromium substrate. While that is one way of making a bioavailable chromium supplement, it also means that the brewer's yeast, safely encapsulated against the stomach acid, will reach your intestinal tract and potentially thrive there. Not a great idea if you have health concerns, are recovering from surgery or anything similar. For the person for whom this was intended for, not suited, not an option. The seller should alert potential buyers that this is NOT a salt like chromium picolinate or similar, but rather chromium enriched, fully viable yeast.

This is my first purchase of Chromium ever. I'm a supplement freak. This pandemic has put me in a carb/sugar/salt/munchy mood. I was afraid for my health as I'm gaining weight and not exercising as much. I thought maybe this would help with my blood sugar and cravings, which I also think is making me wake at night and making me dizzy occasionally. I tried this for about a week when I thought. "Hey, I have no cravings", and realized I wasn't thinking of food all day. I think it took that long. It's not immediate. I can now say with the jar almost gone, I will make this an everyday supplement. Exercise is more appealing when you see the weight go down. I bought this brand by researching online.

this really does work, if one is looking for a supplement to help bring down your blood sugar levels.

Been taking these about a week now and I am going to make a hard stop. I’ve felt really off mentally/emotionally for the past week which I can only attribute to this. I recall seeing another reviewer mention it affecting their moods and I’m glad I remembered that and could pinpoint what has been causing these horrible emotions. It’s like being trapped in my own mental jail, not quite irritable but unable to really feel content and happy, quite a terrible feeling. Definitely not worth any possible benefits for me.

the piconolate actually kept me awake at night, so I had to do it every other day. This one does not..But piconolate also had noticeable effect on craving/hunger but this one does not

These are not big and they are very easy to swallow and you get a lot of capsules for your money. You only have to take one per day. I got them in hopes that it would help regulate my insulin resistance and I guess I haven't weighed in a couple months but some of my clothes are fitting a little more loose. Only the scale will tell.

Effective dose in a small capsule..Not much added crap in it. Only magnesium stearate.. (does not contain maltodextrin or phosphates, and that is good).

The item arrived quickly and the capsules are really small and so easy to take. I am taking them to help with high BP and diabetes. Does it help? I feel that it does and is, but I won't know for sure till I get my glucose levels etc checked as I am not yet on medication. Hopefully it is along with diet changes.
