Q: Are these mailed in an envelope which would fit into most mailboxes?

The envelope is the larger one but they bend right up to the size and shape of the cards inside. The fit into the standard size mailboxes of a mobile home park.

Q: can i personalize the gift card

If you send an E gift card you can add a message. If you buy a gift card in a gift box, I don't think you can personalize it. However I bought a holiday card and the gift card was inside it, so I would write whatever I wanted in the holiday card.

Q: How do I enter the name and address of the gift card recipient and have Amazon mail them?

When you select the gift card type and amount you will a prompt to indicate who the card is From and beneath that will be a space for any message you might wish to accompany the card.

Q: how can I print a gift card?

As I understand it, you buy a gift card (plastic) and you can have it delivered many ways with a message card.
