Apple iPad MD328LL/A (16GB, Wi-Fi, White) 3rd Generation

When they speak highly of this device, they fail to tell you that it cannot upgrade to iOS 10. What they also don't tell you is that almost everything now requires it. Want to download something as simple as a browser? Nope. Not happening. Wanna download some kid game about kittens? Not happening. You don't know that those apps are no longer compatible, because they worked on the iPad you had that was five years older. But, when those companies made upgrades they became incompatible to download on a new device. You're screwed. The sensitivity is ridiculous. Tap... Tap... Tap.. TAP! TAP! TAP! Maybe around tap nine you'll get a response. Overall, it's completely unusable and a huge waste of money. One of the worst purchases of my life. I hope this message reaches someone and helps save them from the same, awful mistake that leaves you crying and empty-handed.

I wanted my Mom to be able to "Google" things and text message myself and my sibling but she is still a coupon cutting, landline long distance & VCR using, faithful phonebook... the ACTUAL physical phonebook , patron. In fact, she still had a landline and was paying separately for local and long distance!! Ohhh myyyyyyy.....So I gave her a bit of exposure to my iPad and some of her elderly friends "text", so she was slightly open to a possible change.I didn't want to spend a fortune on a gadget that she was somewhat (well very) averse to so I opted for this purchase as the earlier iPads can't update the software.I have had great success purchasing refurbished iPods/iPads in the past so this was a better option then springing for a brand new model.The iPad arrived prestine and I had PLENTY of chargers etc because as we all know with Apple products... they accumulate.While I get lots of frantic phone calls from her saying "I just can't" blah blah blah, or "It's broken" etc (user error, lol) this was a nice purchase...I won't even mention the first song I asked her to think of so I could show her how to use iTunes because most of you would never know who the artist is (ok, Roberta Flack) but it was a kick to watch my ole ma listening to a song she LOVES... wearing earbuds from an iPad ;)

Took a gamble getting a used Ipad. I had purchased a used one before for my son a few years ago and it's still kicking (Ipad 1). Needed one for work purposes and didn't want to cough up the full price on a new one. Got it in a timely matter. I love the fact that they do signature confirmation in order to release the package. So many people fall victim to some a-hole stealing their stuff that's left outside and lots of the time the USPS are so lazy that they don't even knock to let you know that it's there (I was home when they attempted and they didn't knock at all >:( ) But seeing that they had to get my signature, it worked out fine.It was fully charged when I turned it on. It works fine and the battery life is great. Took me a while to decide where to purchase a used one because there are so many sellers who sell duds but this one was a great choice. No scratches. Looks like new. Happy customer.

I was aware of the 8% one star review. But I bite the bullet and ordered it anyway.When the ipad came rear camera of the Ipad was not working at all. It won't open in any app. There were no problems running apps however, the physical volume button was not working so had to use the slide up notification area to adjust the volume. There was a dent on the top center of the ipad. I was going to order more if this ipad has been on working condition like it is advertised but after this I am not going to.Thanks!

iPad itself works fine though it is slow. While I didn't expect something new I was very much disappointed to find a giant scratch on the back of it specially since I bought it for my store and not for personal use. I was also extremely upset that the cable sent with it was not Apple brand (neither was the wall adapter though that doesn't matter as much). Using cables that aren't Apple hurts the product and makes charging it slower (I know this from experience since I own a personal iPad as well). In fact the cable didn't even fit so I had to look for an old one from one of my past iPhones.So far though it hasn't given me much trouble with installing apps and using it. The seller did not include my one year warranty in the box and has to be contacted.

I purchased this Apple IPad from Amazon's Seller Tech Drogan December 7, 2014 via Amazon. A recent "software upgrade" from Apple has locked me out of this IPad that I have been using for 4 years now "Activation Lock". So I contacted Apple concerning this problem and provided them with my Amazon receipt. Apple is wanting the original receipt from Tech Drogan showing the serial number of the IPad. I contacted Tech Drogan and messaged them through Amazon and have not received a response back. So I spent $419.0 on this IPad now it is a $400 door stop. Thanks Tech Drogan/Amazon.

Just got my IPad the other day, and have yet to find anything to dislike about it. I'm glad I got the one with 32gigs of storage! Although my primary motivation for getting the IPad was for the wonderful apps, which are way better than the ones on the IPod touch, mainly because of the bigger screen. I decided to sync the IPad with my ITunes library and that filled up 16.5gigs, but the photos and movies look great on the IPad, and make them easier to share with friends and family, the music, not so much. Anyway, with the extra hard drive space I wont have to worry about running out of space, at least for the next year or two. I'm sure to replace this IPad with a later model by then and hopefully it will have a port for an SD card. I ordered through Amazon for 2nd day delivery, and it got here on time and undamaged. One thing that I liked about my Ipod touch was the weather app, on the IPad the weather app is not included, but if you buy the WeatherBug Elite app, you not only get detailed weather, current and forcast with dangerous weather alerts, but you also can watch the national weather forcast on the WeatherBug.com website! How cool is that? Get it you'll love it! dump that laptop or netbook!

Have barely used my MacBook since I got this! I have an iPhone so fairly easy to get used to this. There are still lots of things I have yet to learn but it's great! I know they are a lot more money than some of the other tablets but I personally like Apple products. A lot of professionals use iPads as well. I decided to go for the 32gb just to give me that extra capacity but 16gb is probably adequate for general needs. We have some mini ipads at my school & I debated which size to go for. The mini is compact but I prefer the larger screen as it is easier to read etc. I look forward to learning what more I can do on my lovely iPad. It seemed like a lot of money to spend at the time but I'm so glad I did!

Purchased as a replacement iPad for my son. Considering it is a previously owned iPad, it is in very good condition. It all works well and he is very pleased with it. The battery life is probably not what it once was, but that is to be expected with a used item. Very good overall.

Ordered this for my granddaughter but it is taking all day to charge and when it charged it doesn’t last long so she is not happy

Bought it as a present for my mum, she loves it, claiming to be the best gift ever.

Bought on behalf of friend. She is very happy with it and a good price.
