This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

Be aware of subsribe and save for this product. I have subscribe and save for this since it cost alot and it was cheaper that way. I did not need my back up one until today. When I opened it, it would not expel the cream in the right pump. Only the left side of the pump worked. I tried to exchange it, but the last date to return it was in October. I called customer service since Amazon has always been so wonderful to help with problems. However, this time they would not help. It is past the return window, even though it is broken! So my advice to you is it is a wonderful product although it is pricey, I will not buy another for awhile (because of the cost). If you have subscribe and save for this product, my whole reason for this review is to tell you when you receive your bottle check it right away! I wish I had. The only problem with that is now it won't be fresh if you don't need it for awhile. Since this has happened to my pump, I have checked into this product and it looks as though this has been a problem for some with only one side of the pump working. All the more reason to check it works when you receive it.

I have been using Skin Medica products for 17+ years. The TNS is an Incredible skin cream. When you first start using it, you’ll notice a little redness on your forehead - forget it. It’ll go away.I stopped using it after six months in the beginning just to see if there was a difference in my skin. There was a total difference! I needed more moisturizer. My skin felt dry, the texture looked different and my skin looked dull..I see that people have problems with the pump. Just shake it or turn it upside down for a little bit and it’ll start coming back out again.As for the price, it takes a year to get rid of this product, using it twice a day religiously. It only takes one pump to cover your whole face and I also do my neck. I usually go brush my teeth to give it a chance to soak in before I put on my moisturizer.I just turned 73 and there is no one who thinks I am even close to my age….I am addicted!This pic is out of the shower, no makeup, no touch up.

Superior product. My dermatologist recommends it. Excellent for sensitive skin. Absorbs qickly into the skin. Plumps, hydrates, lifts. Worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this product for a while. My dermatologist recommended and I purchased from them multiple times. When I saw it was available from Amazon, I ordered to save myself a trip to the dermatologist. I opened the box when I ran out of the bottle I was using (I always have the bottle upside down). The pump only worked on one side. I tried a few times and decided to send it back and go to my dermatologist to get it. It’s too expensive to only use 1 of the sides. My past bottle may be a little finicky but they always end up dispensing on both sides. They received my return weeks ago and are still evaluating it. There is literally 3 pumps missing from one side of the bottle because it didn’t work. SkinMedica claims to stand by their product for 30 day. I will update review with outcome. When the pump functions properly, the product works but I am rating today based on dispensing functionality of what I received and potential return issues.Update: it look a very long time but I was refunded. I am updating this to 3 stars because it does work. I can’t give it 5 stars because the pump was defective on two bottles of this so far.
