No, it stays soft and natural looking while gently holding your look.

Does anyone know how long it takes to expire or if this expires?

Hello , on the jar I bought no expiration date, I've had my jar about 4 months and texture, consistency the same .. hope that helps

Is this better than the original suavecito pomade?

Very different than Suavecito. It's a water wax, not petroleum based.
