Super easy to install
I had not one issue fitting this hose on my van. Slipped on relatively easy with some wiggling and clamps were all oriented the right way. Think it took 5 mins. Super easy replacement

Good replacement for 2009 Odyssey
This Dorman air intake hose worked well to replace the original ?Honda one that broke apart. It seems more rubbery than the original Honda part. I wasn’t able to get this on my air filter box at first, then I put some oil on the rim of this pipe and then it slid in easily. It had the same shape of the original Honda hose and had the same wire catches. Easy replacement, it should take about 30 minutes.

A perfect fit
No issues with the fit but some effort was required to get the bands tightened. No big deal really.

Fits eventually
The item is not exact OEM fit but does work fine. The first challenge are the clamps. They are pre-placed with a rubber protrusion to stop movement. That idea I like. The challenge is when the part is installed the tightening screws/bolts are on the backsides of the hose and upside down. I cut the rubber stoppers off and turned clamps to the correct position. When installed the vacuum line going to rear valve cover has to be manipulated to get it connected to new hose section. Now the biggie. I understand the need to have an air induction hose like this tight and secure, but this was beyond frustrating to install. One might say "It's rubber, just stretch it".... After 35 minutes and a healthy amount of pool filter housing grease, I got it on the filter housing.I'm not degrading the item, just giving buyers info they will need to know. It's installed, van runs, my wife is happy!

Exceeded my expectations!
This part is half the price of the OEM (which doesn't include the clamps) and includes clamps which are equal to or better than OEM. It seems to be good quality rubber and has all the special alignment mouldings exactly as OEM. I sprayed penetrating fluid (Rust Check) the day before and disassembly was easy after I disconnected the air filter cover. Note you need to take the shroud off the engine to easily access the engine side clamp but that's only a half twist on two plastic screws. A dab of silicone lubricant on the new rubber and everything slide into place easily. Biggest challenge was disconnecting the small diameter metal tube on the side. I think it's part of the EGR system? It's inserted to a depth over an inch so you need to be cautious about not twisting too hard for removal. The two ends need to be free first to avoid pulling the small tube too far back and straining other joints. Only did a test drive so far, but set no codes, seems to be running smoother, didn't catch fire or explode. Two thumbs up. Honda dealer installed would have been close to $300, I took 45 minutes, got my hands dirty, fixed it myself and saved $250.
