I don’t usually write reviews but this is so amazing! I’m in a uni house so we have 6 people’s worth of clothes drying in our conservatory and it makes the air smell like a swimming pool and the clothes don’t dry as it gets so humid! I plugged this in there last night whilst the clothes were hung up and it took in so much moisture! The clothes have dried so much quicker, overnight compared to a few days! I would recommend this product to anyone in the same position as me as it is perfect for what we need, cheap but effective!

During summer 2020 (damp, humid summer nights in the UK) I have been troubled by a consistent cough every time I'd wake up. A few days after I started to use this lil' one at night, not only the cough disappeared (I don't have asthma or allergies, FYI) but the air in my room was dryer and I'd wake up without a smell of dampness. During the day, I alternate between natural air circulation (keeping the window open for freshness) and turning on the dehumidifier (when the window's closed).The pictures show how much water was collected after the first-night trial (beginning of September). As I was searching for a dehumidifier I noticed a lack of reviews of this product. The video is here to help give an idea of the sound it makes.

The Lonove dehumidifier is quite a good piece of kit and easy to use. Just plug it in and it's ready to go. This one is placed at the top of the stairs as we started noticing condensation on bedroom windows. In 10 days it has removed 2l of water and there is no condensation. I have ordered another one for downstairs, hopefully same impact there.You empty the tank by pulling it out and removing the black rubber gasket and pour away, then insert the tank back in.

I reluctantly invested in an electric dehumidifier after my student house bedroom started growing mold from the damp and it became too cold to open the windows. I wasn't sure quite how this would work but I am pretty impressed. It is indeed very quiet and I can run overnight without it disturbing my sleep. It started collecting water almost immediately. It hasn't completely solved the damp problem but my bedroom is much larger than the average room (picture an old Victorian house style of room) and it is definitely helping over time. It definitely does the job and I'm happy with the purchase.Week later update: It has helped greatly with condensation! I now run it overnight and in the evening for a little bit, and the amount of condensation has definitely been reduced

I had to update my original review which was pretty negative as I was extremely disappointed with this product but having used the product for over a week or so now, I do have to say that it's actually working. I think it needs time to get used to its environment and now it's doing a great job. I haven't seen mould in our room since we've been using it, unfortunately there's still condensation on our window in the morning but it has improved slightly. Overall this does do a good job and will help us contain the issue. The rooms feels and smells better. Using this alongside our air purifier is doing a great job. I would recommend but not for anyone who has a pretty big room, even medium sized it would work best in a really small room as stated (boxed room).

It works well and isn't very loud allowing you to sleep while it's on. The plug gets a bit warm but that's to be expected with most plugs, however, I'm a bit confused as to where the "2 air inlets (front and back)" which was advertised are. There is one inlet in the front that draws the air in and one outlet on the top which sends the air out but, there aren't even gaps in the back to even allow air in. So is there not actually a second inlet on the back and was falsely advertised?Happy overall, but I would like some explanation because I was expecting there to be two inlets.Would give an even better rating otherwise!

I was sick of having to buy those chemical based throw away ones but had a limited budget so after careful research picked this Lonove one . Honestly it’s so quiet I forgot it was there . I can have it tucked away out of sight or have it out in the open . I live in a flat where the kitchen and bathroom have no windows so ventilation is poor in those areas . I have double glazing so excess moisture can be a problem .It’s so easy to set up and use and if you look at my photo & video this level of water is only after 3 days !It’s brilliant I’m even thinking of getting another one . Brilliant price excellent results . So easy to set up and easy to empty too

It arrived on time and in the first hour collected 1/3rd of the container to my amazement in a totally different room it was intended (as a test).In the actual room needed over the course of a day it collected 3/4 of the container which is awesome and clearly showed we need it.Now the room has started to settle we are collecting about a 1/10 per day so it has sorted the room out and now just doing it’s day to day job which is fab.The led shows when it’s full and needs emptied so no complaints here at all.
