A great router product albeit with not too much technical info
I bought two of these Andaqi YC049 to replace two ageing MIPS based routers and I'm pleased with my purchase. Since I used Debian with isc-dhcp-server, bind9 and quagga on my previous routers, I needed to replicate the configurations on the YC049's. I am sure pFsense is great but I could not afford the time for the learning curve. Therefore I removed the pFsense SSD's and bolted in 1 TB SSHD's to the SATA location and attached the supplied SATA cables. (Eventually I will replace the SSHD's with M2 SSD's.) After creating a bootable Debian stick and adjusting BIOS to boot from the stick, I was able to set up Debian. I then installed packages and configured the routers to match the existing routers which was trouble free. I then substituted the secondary router with one of the YC049's and ran a hybrid routing scheme for 24 hours. Inter router updates worked just fine. After I was confident, I substituted the primary router for the other YC049 and all worked without a hitch. In due course I might investigate using pFsense. These routers run slightly warm but not hot. Delivery time from order might be two to three weeks but having received both YC049's on Monday, I had the secondary YC049 in service by Wednesday midday and the primary YC049 in service by Thursday midday. Operation has been trouble free since then though I have had to adjust non-critical functions (e.g. SNMP, Nagios, Bacula, Temperature collection) to reflect the new hardware.Overall I recommend this product as a very capable edge router.
