Not high tech, but it does the job. I was able to put a 100 ft 18 gauge extension cord on it with some room left over. Need to mention that I had to glue the handle to keep it in place. No more messy wires!

Super helpful for books that I need to refer back to formulas, quotes or important pages. Love these! Seriously a game changer because they are not paper that rips but a lightweight plastic

I bought these for my review books while studying. I was using random bits of paper and note cards to mark pages but it was too chaotic/disorganized. You can pull them off and move them around without damaging the paper (at least you can with text book style paper). I'm glad I went with this quantity- I feel like I will be using these more in the future. Lots of options for color coding. My only complaint is that the material of these tabs make it so that some inks take forever to dry and rub off (like the Pilot G2). Sometimes my other pens don't want to work on the material (but will work fine on paper). Overall, would recommend.

The tabs perform as expected but are a little thin. however, they stick to page well and stay stuck until you want to remove them and then they remove cleanly and re-stick just as well as the first time.

These are plentiful and the cost per item is far below that of the 'name-brand.' That said, these are much thinner (0.002") than the original (0.008") and will not be anywhere near as durable. If your project is of a long-term, heavy-use nature, you will be replacing these tabs frequently. My current project is neither long-term / archival nor heavy-use so these represent a fair compromise.

Tabs are well made

While diagnosing a problem with the fuel injection system on my car, I found myself paging back and forth between several sections of the paper manual. The wiring diagram was on one page, the diagnostic procedure on another, and the mechanical specifications (torque, etc.) were on a third. In cases like this I usually just use index cards but I wanted something that wouldn't fall out and that would keep commonly-used sections indexed.I used to use tabs like this in college to mark my textbooks. I had a couple remaining and they worked so when I ran out I ordered more.Not much magic to them. Find the spot in the book that you need, stick a tab on it, and optionally write a description (IE Circuit Diagram, Torque Specs, etc.). That way you can page back to it as needed. Once you're done you can remove the tabs if you want. Way better than dog-earing the page corner and flipping around until you find it again.The problem I was diagnosing turned out to be a wiring harness that had rubbed through and sent 12V to a sense line for the ignition coils, giving false misfire codes on all cylinders. I was consulting the circuit theory page as well as the wiring diagram as I checked multiple sensors, and being able to flip back and forth made the diagnosis easier. I now keep some of these tabs in the garage for all my other technical manuals.
