Works fine
I use this in my 1,100 sq ft shop. It doesn't cool the whole thing down, but does keep me cool as long as it's blowing directly on me. I'm in South Texas where it's been over 100 every day. Workshop stays between 92 and 94 (it is insulated). And the air blowing on me keeps me very comfortable. I have to keep one of the garage doors partially open and the entry door open to keep the humidity from building up, but that's fine, it's not an A/C. I generally run the fan on low. It's not loud at all for the amount of air it moves. It is light enough to carry (I'm 61) when the tank is empty. My only complaint is the door where water/chemicals are added won't stay closed.

It Works!
We have a screened porch in mid-state Florida and it gets unbearably hot to sit out there. We ordered this cooler with a bit of skepticism, however I'm pleased to say it works wonderful. Now it's very comfortable even in the middle of the day. It dropped our porch temperature by 12 degrees. Highly recommend

Quality and effective
This is the 3rd HessAir evap garage cooler I have had. They are well made and highly effective. This one is for a smaller garage. My previous one cooled my 3 car garage with 3100cfm. Highly recommend.

Must have for those hot humid days.
I purchased this for our camping trips. We can’t handle the humidity anymore but, we don’t want to be cooped up in the camper all day either. I thought I would get a cooling fan and give it a try. The cooling fan did a fantastic job!! It kept it cool enough to sit outside an a added bonus it even kept some of the bugs away.

You buy it, you keep it
First, nothing is mentioned anywhere about needing an electric screwdriver to screw on the casters. Not everyone has one and it would have made a difference. I wanted to return this item. The joke was on me ( but not very funny).Then I was told it can be returned to a UPS store but how does someone do that with this size item? If I cant pick it up how can someone at the UPS store? The UPS store isn't going to accept this huge container. Easy to say it is returnable. Then, I found out to ship to the nearest return center for larger items was about 80 miles away and would cost half the price of the unit itself. So I kept it. It doesn't leak and blows a good amount of air (not very cool) and is very noisy at the higher speed.This has to be the most idiotic customer service I have ever dealt with. When I asked if UPS would pick up ( I am unable to take it to any freight company drop off location), their company rep (not UPS) suggested I could wait outside(February) and if I see a UPS truck then I could flag it down and ask if the driver can pick up the cooler! Yes, the representative for this company actually said this. So disappointed that the Hessaire name is used but you have to deal with a totally different company. I spent hours trying to find some satisfaction and nobody would help. The warranty doesn't include returns. What a surprise!

Does not cool very much.
This "cooler" did not work very well and does not cool the air as expected. When you first turn it on, it cools, but as it is used, the unit doesn't stay cool. I would not reccomend.
