SHARDOR Coffee Maker, Touch-Screen 10-cup Programmable with Glass Carafe, Stainless Steel

I bought the coffee maker and used it everyday. Liked its functionality and the quality-price . Unfortunately, I broke the glass jar that comes with it to make coffee and I was so bummed to not be able to use the coffee maker because of that clumsy moment of mine!I wrote to the brand (I got the email through their website) and they kindly informed me that they didn't have the glass jar in stock at that moment, but that they would get back to me when they did. And last week I received an email notifying me that they have it back on stock and asking for my address to send me a replacement one!!! I can use my coffee maker again!!! YEY! Really nice customer service (as I had already read on some comment) ; and worth to be shared I think! :)

My 2nd coffee pot in under 2 yrs blew up and I couldn't wait to get this after being without a coffee pot 3 days but Im careful to read reviews etc. I LOVE everything about this Shardor brand coffee pot so far.!! It really is probably one of the best coffee pots I've ever had,especially in the last decade! This is 10x better than my last Black & Decker model.I didn't even have it a full year before blowing up. I love that the filter on this model is washable & reusable. The spout on the pot itself is nice & wide so when you poor water into the machine and or pour your coffee nothing will run down the side of the pot & leak all over. One of the best features is the digital display and it's programmable to start brewing when you choose with an option to brew regular or "strong ". Also comes with a 2yr Warranty but you must activate the warranty within 7 days of receiving. Will Update if anything changes within the first couple months of use. (I will use it daily,max;2 pots per day)

This purchase was a replacement of my previous purchase. The first one had a separation near the water fill well. I took a picture and sent in with warranty info. Shardor was quick to respond with intentions of replacement. Due to shortages of product because of international shipping, the product I purchased in October was replaced now in January after Shardor gave me other options, such as Purchase another one and they would reimburse me. Other than the delay (of which I contribute to the on going global circumstances in shipping.) Shardor and Amazon have handled their end of the purchase well. So far the coffee has great taste and I give the rating 4 out of 5 stars to give room for further improvement. One thing I wish is that the warming plate stayed on at least 3-4 hours. But for the money and Warranty it's a good buy.Update. . .Received the replacement and the lid won't stay shut. Sent in the issue I'm having and still waiting for a response. Not sure about continuing with another replacement, quality is poor at this point. I'm not going to recommend this product if I don't hear anything back soon.

I was looking for a good coffee maker for my camper and I am so happy I settled on this Shardor Coffee Maker!When at camp, life should be simple, not complex. I love this coffee maker because it is so simple to set up and use...nothing complex about its functions at all. Simple to set the clock and to program if you want that. By the way, I read another review that said the maker doesn't keep time, but mine has been perfect.I like to drink my coffee slowly over a couple of hours and this keeps my coffee at the right temperature for 2 hours - not too hot so it tastes burnt, but also, it doesn't cool down like so many others do.Of course the most important point is that it makes a great cup of coffee. I especially like the filter because you do not have to use paper filters if you don't like to do so. It allows the natural oils to flow through to your coffee without any grinds. Of course, it works fine with paper filters if you prefer.

The media could not be loaded. I really did not want to buy a pricey coffee maker so I searched for one that had the features I wanted and came across this one. It’s absolutely perfect! I am amazed by how quiet it is. The last 2 I had were so loud while they were brewing. I can barely tell this one is running. It also brews in half the time of my other 5 cup maker. I don’t use the auto brew as I put my coffee in the fridge but I did test the feature and it works flawlessly. It has a nice sleek design that fits nicely with my other appliances. Even though filters are cheap, I love the reusable filter. No more grounds spilling. The price was about the same as other smaller ones. I have used it everyday for about 3 weeks now, very happy I got this one.

Excellent coffee maker. Small footprint. Easy to use. Better than the Mr. (you know who) coffee makers I've used for years. One star you ask; seems you can't get a replacement carafe. Hear that Amazon!!! If you have a stone surface on your kitchen counter, like I do, you might think twice about buying this otherwise excellent coffee maker. Don't believe me; contact 'Mike' (somewhere in China)(support@shardor1.com) and ask about ordering a spare carafe for this coffee maker. There are no accessories available for this product you will be told via email. Read that Amazon!!! No accessories!!!! You might want to think twice about buying this otherwise excellent machine. If someone gets back to me (hear that Shardor/Amazon) concerning the unavailability of accessories I'll gladly give this machine 5 stars. Maybe there is another carafe out there someplace that will be a fit for this machine? Can't see buying a whole new coffee maker every time the carafe gets broken. Expensive and environmentally unsound. Thanks for reading this.
