The rip fence works great. Allows you to rip a pvc board lengthwise with ease.

Does one thing and does it well! My gripe is the knob system on the DeWalt cordless saw! It is extremely difficult to tighten the knob down enough to keep it from slipping! Scuffing up the edge of the guide bar with sandpaper helps, but the knob is really small and hard to get a lot of torque applied!!

I purchased this for my DCS391 circular saw like many people. Like others have said this piece should have been included with the saw, Dewalt is selling a saw with missing pieces. This is clearly Dewalt's fault that we have to track down this important piece, and they don't even make that easy, since you need to work with 3 different part numbers (for some of their other tools it's only 1 number for all the pieces). I purchased from Buckeye Tool Supply (fulfilled by Amazon), and am mostly happy as they delivered fast exactly what they said they would and it was packaged ok. I accidently ordered 2 instead of 1, I guess I was tired and didn't notice, but it's not worth returning the extra. I'll see if the extra one fits the Jig Saw or I need different one again. Since Dewalt failed to provide this important piece thus providing the opportunity for Buckeye to make some money, I feel Buckeye could have tracked down the fastener and spring required to mount it for us, they could include it in the package for next to nothing and I think most would be happy to pay the minimal cost for these other important pieces. Buckeye is being lazy and not providing the best service they could to their customers by not including or offering these other parts. I purchased the needed fastener and spring (two separate parts from Dewalt) through Toolpartspro, and they were very good to deal with considering they were shipping $2 worth of parts. I would use them again; had I found them first I would have purchased all 3 pieces from them. I'll be checking if they can supply the jigsaw pieces. The guide works OK; it's not high quality, high precision, or anything special, but it works and secures ok. It can be stored in the tool upside down when not needed without interfering with cuts, but for me this made the saw not fit in my one-touch box which is a shame. May need a different storage box. Luckily the fastener can be left attached to the saw so it won't get lost. When you have a straight edge to work with this really is an essential piece to save time, aggravation, and help ensure quality.

I'm a professional carpenter, I have several circular saws, I like to use the DeWalt 6 1/2 inch for certain things because it's light weight and easy to handle, but realized that it would be nice to have a rip fence for it too, well this one fits that saw and is very helpful when ripping stuff like panels and trim boards...

This is the second saw fence I've bought in the last two weeks that specifically saw it fits my Dewalt saw in its description. Both times they were wrong. The first one was about 3/16" too wide for the channel on my saw. This one wiggles and won't cut anything close to square. Really disappointed with this guide and the prior one as well. And Dewalt for not only not including one with the saw in the first place and for not having the correct one available on the website. Do better people!

I had a tough time finding the correct one to fit my battery powered circular saw. Finally tried this one and it fits perfect!! I use it everyday for work and couldn’t be more pleased. No more using a table saw to cut trim work!!!!

Works for my 20v circular saw, comes without knob wich is overpriced on internet. Look for 1/4-20 bolt and figured something out

Excellent seller Delivered on time Bit expensive but it’s what I needed to rip boards to size!

It works, but it's a little slack so it jiggles a little, and takes effort to get this rip fence perfect. This is when I wish I'd gone with a Makita cricular-saw.

Doesn't come with the screw to fasten it in place. Waste of money
