Much better for cleaning rotary switches and other contacts than cotton buds. DeOxIt doesn't affect the foam at all.

I use the tips for oiling and cleaning small part in air purifier. I also used on a vacuum and wet floor cleaner. No lint and a great product.

Foam swabs were new to me until I saw them used in an on-line video. Looked like a great idea and better than cotton swabs, cue-tips. So ordered some. There were so many to choose from, different sizes, lengths, shapes and I settled on these and kept my fingers crossed. These were part of a larger order and shipped separatelyI just received them today and had a gun to clean today so used them doing that. Very happy with these and believe I made the right choice among many. Plus, I was very happy that, while shipped separately, they beat the rest of my order. More times than not when I've placed an order and one item was shipped separately that item came last and sometimes very late.So, happy with the product in all ways and the delivery time. I an very happy with these. I use them to apply dye to leather, and they work great for tight areas.

Very good. They were a little smaller than they appeared in the picture, but they worked great.
