Neogen 698782 Green Ramik Nuggets Place Pack Pouch, 1/2 in Bait

I've purchased the Ramik nuggets before in a large bag. When I found these, I wasn't sure how they were packaged or if these were just the nuggets I've used before in different packaging. Turns out these are exactly the same thing as the big bulk bags of pellets, but are smaller pkgs designed to be easily used in various dispensers for this type of product. This stuff works!!! If you use it correctly, it is very effective and has always killed any of the mice and rats in, around, and under our home! If you see snakes around your home, under it, or possibly in it, you can count on a food source such as mice and rats being present in those areas as well. When we first started to use these to kill the mice and rats, the rat snakes left the direct area of our home, but found our chicken pen and began eating the eggs so I had to put a few in areas where the chickens or our dog couldn't get to easily. We've had to do this once or twice a year for the last couple of years since the land behind us has been largely clear cut and drove them to our homes. We put a few pellets behind our stove, refrigerator, in our laundry room, and a few other key places we know the mice have been. If you see droppings, put a few pellets nearby but not where your kids or animals can get to easily. Within a week or two, they are gone! Be aware that if you smell something rotten, start looking for a mouse or rat carcass because they don't always leave your home after eating these. It's only happened once in three years to us, but it has happened and you don't want your pets trying to eat the carcass of anything that has eaten the pellets. The work very well! You just have to use them right!

I bought baits from another brand, peanut butter scented, and mice ignored it. But heck! Mice love these! We went on vacation so I wanted to get rid of pests before leaving so put these a week before departure. At first I could see one, or two balls disappearing. The third day they were all gone! So I put more and left. Upon return the baits were all gone again! And better yet, no mice! Winter is coming, so of course mice start hunkering from all around, we live in an urban area but we are close to a lake and lots of natural areas, so of course there's gonna be more mice. I saw one, and thought: hum its time to put more. I went to where I put the bag with all the baits, and it was gnawed on the outside! They were trying to eat, so I put more and I am waiting for the magic to happen again. The problem with baits is when mice get used to it, or simply ignore them because they either get used to it or they go to mice school and learn about traps and stuff. For now they crave these baits, and up to now effectiveness is top notch. Let's see what happens next. We are using this also in combination with another of those electric traps that zaps them (which also works), but that is another story. I can recommend this product :)

Better to use outside in crawl space but not inside. The mice appear to be drawn to it. Seems to work pretty well.

What a great item 3 days to fix my pest priblem

Doesn't work

Works really good for rats but doesn’t kill the mice and I’m guessing because they don’t eat as much so they aren’t getting a good enough dose. The same mice continue to eat over and over without dying.

These work. I keep them in storage building and under house.
