Expect to work once installed, great price!
Bought these for my 38 Dodge Truck 1/2 ton per someone's recommendation. Should be much better than the plain, generic ones still selling for my vintage truck. Can't wait to test them out once the restoration is done

Quality rear truck shock
My older Nissan 4X4 needed new shocks reading reviews the KYB is said to be reliable and high quality with a stock like ride characteristic. After installing them the ride is smooth empty bed or full load. Comfortable ride well made exactly want I wanted.

Great value. OEM quality made in Japan
Don’t buy the cheapest shocks. These aren’t bilstein, but are great

Big improvement on how it rides

Good price for the product.
Functional, well-made. These are probably the last set of shocks that I will put on this vehicle. They went on easily.

Fits ‘88 Toyota pickup 4x4
I put these on my ‘88 Toyota pickup 4wd. They fit (the 1st set I ordered didn’t...they were for 2wd so be careful when ordering...luckily I was able to return for a refund) and the cost is very reasonable imo. I bought the truck new and had never changed the shocks (32 yrs) so the ride feels considerably more stable. I also replaced the steering damper.

Just needs better nuts..
Shocks are awesome and made huge improvement on my Nissan Frontier, top nuts supplied with front shocks stripped out with ease when tightening(and suspension was supported), swapped out with some grade 8s double nutted and ok.

no problems yet
I bought these for the rear of my 1986 Toyota pickup (22R engine, half ton, standard bed, 2WD) and they have been working great since September 2012. I carry heavy loads occasionally so I wanted something with a little bit more performance than stock. Previously I had the standard Monroe blue shocks in the back but they went bad after 3 years. I guess it was the 1200 lb. loads of construction debris that I haul occasionally.
