Q: How is the deflector anchored? To the wall? My air outlet is 34' across and the unit is 44.5" wide.

The deflector is adjustable up to about 43", so should work with your unit. It is normally anchored between the wall and the outer housing of the ac unit, via a snap in plastic plate, though you can anchor it to the wall itself using anchor/drywall screws, if you wanted to.

Q: dimensions of the box? can it fit into a large suitcase

The box dimensions are width x lenght x heigh 24x9x2 inches. I think it is possible to fit into a large suitcase. Thank you!

Q: the total width of my split type ac is 110-115cm. can this item be installed and use for it?
