Works well, almost too well. If you have some fat to get rid of fast, use it every night but remember that when you lose fat fast, it leaves loose skin and wrinkles. For bodybuilders this is kind of a predicament so be careful using it close to competition. Yes, it will leave skin itchy as it's burning the fat away, so careful on the amount you use at a time. 興味本位で購入しましたが，お腹周りに塗ると直ぐに熱くなり効果が実感できました． 私の場合，原因は分かりませんが，熱くなる程度が日によって違います． 脂肪燃焼するかどうかは，その後の運動により変わってくるような気がします． 匂いはシナモンです．
