Great camera for the price
I wanted to use the camera for a little bit before giving my review so it was more accurate. Set up was very easy. I have it right outside my door and it covers my porch, steps, the sidewalk and the road really well. Motion detection works very well and picture and video quality are very good for the price point Especially. You can change the sensitivity on the motion detection or turn it off if you don't want it to take pics or record. I bought a sd card for mine so I could record video. It allows you to choose how much to record. When home I only have it record 10 seconds, but when away I have it record 30. Night vision also works well. All in all it's a great camera for the price point and performs just as well as the more expensive ring camera. I definitely recommend.

Finally, a Great wireless WiFi camera
Great WiFi camera, I bought another after the first one and love them. No problems and app works great. Set everything from phone or iPad and many settings for your personal needs. I Have one in front tree and one in backyard tree. Works great in rain and snow with no issues. Can review all motion videos by day, date and time with alerts etc. and can delete videos as you choose. Very easy to use and best part is its wireless with no monthly fee. Cannot beat the quality for only $49. I will buy a couple more also..

Good entry level camera overall but the lack of an IP address is disappointing.
This is my first ever security camera so it has been a learning experience. Upon opening the box I noticed that the camera feels heavy and not cheap. I like that. When I opened the manual I was a bit frustrated by the lack of information about charging it or if it needs to be fully charged before it's first use. I decided to charge it all the way first to be safe. While I was charging it it would beep everytime it sensed movement (since I had not yet connected it to my wifi). So I covered it while it charged, problem solved. It was fairly easy to connect to my wifi. The charge seems to be keeping well (even with my 6 year old looking at the video often). While trying to install/position it outside my door it was a bit tedious by myself, I recommend having two people when mounting it rather than the back and forth between checking the phone and moving the camera. Aside from my own shortcomings mounting it was also pretty easy. I chose to use shorter screws then the ones it came with because I had some and was trying to do the least impact on my rented home however, I'm sure the others would have been fine as well. I did get a bit frustrated by the image being upside if it was hung upside down and found a way to install it right side up only to realize later that there IS an option in the app to flip the video (oops! 🙃🤭).Speaking of the app, I am not hugely fond of the one you have to use with it but after getting used to it and reading reviews to similar apps it seems like it could be much worse. Lol. The app sends me a notification but makes no sound/alert noise and even after going through ALL of the settings I can't seem to find anything to change it.My micro SD card I ordered elsewhere hasn't arrived yet so thus far I am working with only still shots. The image quality is good in day and night mode. With still shots I don't like that it takes only one picture per "event" that occurs and the timing of the picture is not good. There have been multiple times that I will walk in or out of my door and look directly at the camera and when I check the event on the app there is only the one pic of the back of my head. I am confident that once I get the memory card into it and it takes videos it will be fine but I would not recommend it if you are only planning on using it for still shots. Also, as I said it has captured me many times coming or going but there have been quite a few times where it doesn't show any new "events" (that is the term the app uses for new still shots) but there was a package left on the doorstep...not sure what that's about? Maybe my mailman is throwing my packages or it may be the camera missing the motion for some reason. The last thing I will mention (and my biggest complaint) is the IP aspect of this camera. I purchased an IP camera specifically so I could find the IP address and check the camera from my computer. This cameras address is 0.0.0.0 so that isn't an option for me. I am very disappointed by that. I have tried to find out how to change it to an actual address but I'm not very tech savvy and so far haven't been able to. That has been a big bummer for me. 😞Aside from that and overall, as a budget friendly, first security camera I am happy with my purchase but next time I will probably order a different one solely because of the IP aspect of it.*This review was honest but done for compensation.

Super easy to set up, very good picture quality
I took it out of the box and charged it for about 30 minutes. I used the QR code in the manual to load the app into my phone. I set them beside my wifi and in less than a minute I had a live picture on my phone. Setup smooth and quick. App controls easy to use. Battery indicator in the app so I will always know when its time to recharge. I mounted it on the back porch so I can see the deer in my back yard at night while I'm laying in bed. Life is good.

Decent camera for the price --- when it works
The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a bird feeder cam. The battery, wifi, and microSD card were all major selling points for me.*** NOTE: my first camera stopped writing to microSD card after two months. The seller graciously provided a replacement camera, but the new one will not connect to my wifi or complete initial setup. ***PROS- Standalone camera with battery AND wifi!- Saves clips to internal microSD.- Motion detection and two-way communication.- Seems to be weatherproof.CONS- Battery life is not that great. I get about 3-4 days on a charge. Unfortunately, charging is an ordeal.- It only charges via USB, so I have to take the camera down to charge with the USB cable.- Motion detection/recording seems to be all-or-nothing.- - On high sensitivity, it's constantly writing clips to storage and eating up the battery.- - Any lower, and clips are infrequent and useless. The motion detection is hit-or-miss. I use live view frequently, but have never used the two-way communication. Night vision appears to function, but I'm unsure of quality. The supporting Android app is completely functional, but it's simply a utility app, and nothing stands out as stellar.Overall it's a great full-featured camera for the price --- when the camera works.
