Love this microwave. Works fast and cooks even . Easy to clean . I don't get the noise that I see in the other reviews. I have lots of other kitchen appliances that are louder then this microwave. Highly recommended great buy

The media could not be loaded.  Upon reading the reviews for this microwave I saw the common trend of loud sounds coming from the device. As a Samsung user that values all their products, I initially thought how loud can a microwave get? The answer is, kinda loud and obnoxious actually. I might have a defective item but so far when I start it on a normal timer, a loud noise can be heard that dies away after a few seconds. In any other mode, the sound starts after 10 seconds and then dies away again.Other than the sound, this is a perfect large and spacious microwave that can probably fit two normal plates at once. It looks sleek and the interiors is easy to clean. The value you get for the money you spend is really good and I would definitely use this if it wasn't for the loud noises.I attached a video to point out the sound, and amazon was kind enough to issue a replacement in order to see if my item was defective. I will keep this post updated as the process goes.Edit 1: received the replacement, set it up, and out of the box it seemed a bit wonky. There was a dent to the right side of the microwave (small but noticable), and the footings weren't level. The sound was much better than the previous version (still kind of loud). I contacted Amazon and based on the cosmetic defects received a 20% refund. I put it against the wall and will keep it since it's a nicely sized, fast, and reliable microwave.Overall build quality of this product: 4/5Size: 5/5Sound: 3/5

I love this microwave. It’s the first large capacity microwave I have bought. You can fit an entire pizza box in there. The largest size storage bowls fit in there. I love It. It works great too.

Always something better, somewhere. But for the price of this-type Micro? I can't complain! (Just paint a Brand-Name appliance badge on it, add another $200.-plus on the tag? And now you've got a Brand-Name appliance.)I love the interior, which looks/cleans like Bakelite-style enamel. And, the interior-dimensions are more than sufficient, for even the most-gargantuan of gastronomical-creations. Exterior isn't stainless, but it looks/cleans like it. But lay-off the chlorine-based stuff, as I'm certain it's finely-brushed aluminum? Use "standard" soap/water combo, be just fine!OK, now: I must admit, the "spool-up"-starting growl that many have complained about is, indeed, an-attention grabber at first. (During one of her visits, the first time my "baby"-daughter tried it? She jumped-back, and asked, "Dad? Is this one of the Terminator's-portals???") But, it settles-in quickly, and to me, it seems amazingly--quiet--in operation, for it's size. Just my opinion, but I'd like to think the reason it's so loud, is possibly due to the "oil-can-effect"-echo, from it's overall-size, esp. in the cooking interior? But admittedly, it DOES-put an end to the "covert-midnight-snack"-raids, lol!At approx. 63-lbs "dry", I'm just glad it works, and arrived in excellent-physical condition, because at least I won't need to pick it up again, and ship it back...! ☺

Love everything about this microwave except the loudness. Silver lining, though, is that my family and I have been about to make lots of jokes about the loudness. We haven’t had any trouble with the actual microwave itself - it does the job.

First of all, this IS a good microwave. However, after the first couple weeks of using it, it has develooped an unwanted buzz from the magnetron side of it. Only for the first few seconds of a cooking cycle though

There seem to be a problem with packaging this product. The glass tray has a hairline fracture and the front right hand bottom side under the keyboard has been damaged. It’s nicely made and has good features for its price. I like the ceramic coating inside the oven which suppose to be more durable then the paint coated version the one reason I was drawn in buying this product because my old Danby DMW14SA1BDB 1.4 cu.ft. Countertop Microwave Oven, Family Size, 1100 Watts, microwave paint started to peel. I bought this product from Amazon December 2015 for $99.

I took a chance on the discounted "reconditioned" microwave. There was slight damage to the box on the corner and nothing more! This is huge and very powerful and exactly what I was hoping for! The "discounted" option allowed me to be able to afford a larger more powerful appliance for my family.
