Why won’t the hub work with my MacBook?

Sorry for the hassle! Please check: 1) Your USB-C port is functional; 2) No system restrictions in Privacy & Security; 3) Test directly without other adapters. Share your model and macOS version if it persists!

Can I use this hub to charge my laptop?

This model is for data transfer only (no power delivery). Check our other PD-enabled hubs if you need charging support

Why is my WiFi signal weak when using the hub?

Occasional interference can happen with USB 3.0 devices. Try moving the hub away from your laptop’s WiFi antenna (near the edges). Let us know if it doesn’t help!

What’s the speed of the USB ports and card reader?

3 USB 3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps) + SD/TF reader (up to 104MB/s). Plug-and-play, no drivers needed!

Does this hub work with my MacBook Pro 202X / iPad Pro / Surface?

Hi there! It works with most USB-C devices (MacBook Pro/Air 2018-2025, iPad Pro, Surface, Chromebooks, etc.). Just ensure your port supports data transfer (not just charging). Let us know your exact model if you have issues!
