Nice product. As described, it's not squeaky. Didn't come with a manual though. Watched a couple of online videos to find the instructions on how to use it. Has a natural cooling feel on the stone and it's effect on the face.

The item is meant to come with one jade roller and one gua sha tool, however the package was missing the gua sha tool. I've read the other reviews and people are saying the manual is missing, or that the packaging is different. So it's quite inconsistent unfortunately.

The roller was in vacuum pack, when I opened the pack the smell was disaster, very strong chemical smell and honestly I'm not sure if its safe to use this roller on the face even! Don't recomend to anyone!!!

The packaging was really nice, received it in a good condition. Been using it for a while "regularly" I'm already seeing results.

For feedback need to see the effect of the product in actual testing. for the price its high for other online stores. did not see anything extra information on the use of free gifts. also note that its not real jade and its with poor finishing.
