So far so good!
So far so good! I've only been taking these about a week but I selected them based on purity, after I panicked a bit from reading about the Rainbow Light ones I was taking (class action lawsuits due to heavy metals= no thanks) and immediately threw them out. Anyhow I decided to try these because they seemed to be the cleanest option for the price. Also very important to have the methylated versions of the vitamins and folate over the synthetic folic acid. So far I feel really great taking them and love that they're capsules rather than tablets which generally make me gag, and if you ask the guys at the sewage treatment plant, they will tell you the tablets don't fully dissolve before digestion and thus the body isn't able to absorb those nutrients. The only reason I docked a star is due to lack of iodine and choline. Those weren't deal breakers for me as I was already supplementing iodine, and after much research about the amazing benefits to baby's brain, I decided to add quite a bit more supplemented choline than any prenatal could offer me. That being said I do think they should still include it. One other thing is that I've never met a B complex that didn't turn my pee bright yellow. I believe it's from the riboflavin that does that, but this one doesn't! So I'm a tad skeptical at that, but I will continue taking.

Essential ingredients for brain development, Choline and Iodine not included.
Include essential ingredients!Choline and Iodine are not included. Nutrients that most people are lacking and are important for brain growth during pregnancy. Choline plays an important role in the liver, gallbladder, vulnerability to toxins, preventing spinal cord and brain defects, and the future mental health of the child. The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey suggest that more than half of pregnant women have urinary iodine concentrations below 150 mg/dL. Inadequate iodine intakes during pregnancy result in fetal loss, stillbirths, cretinism, and mental retardation of the newborn infant.

A prenatal with l-methylfolate
I picked this prenatal because it includes methylfolate instead of synthetic folic acid. I recently discovered I have 2 MTHFR gene mutations (compound heterozygous..?) which could mean I am not processing/breaking down folic acid properly. Obviously I want to make sure my growing baby gets all the vitamins it needs, so I bought this since it contains folate in a state my body can actually use.I also have recurring depression and, now that I know about the gene mutation, my doctor suggested that methylfolate *could* increase the benefits of taking my normal antidepressant and provide more relief for things like fatigue and aches than I have experienced in the past. That's definitely something that I could use going into pregnancy and motherhood.I'm hopeful, but I've only take it a few times so it's really too soon for me to say if this will make a difference for me. If it's life-changing and I love it, I'll come back and give it 5 stars.

Love them!
I love raise them well prenatal vitamins and the fact they contain methylfolate, and all of the other important nutrients necessary for my baby’s health. I used them during my first pregnancy, while breastfeeding for 1 year and I’m currently taking them while pregnant with my second. Even though I have a lot of nausea and vomiting during my second pregnancy I haven’t had any issues while taking my prenatal vitamins. I highly recommend them!!

This is a very nice vitamin that has everything either an expectant mother
This is a very nice vitamin that has everything either an expectant mother, someone trying to conceive or anyone who just wants a great vitamin should take. I primarily bought it because it has methylfolate rather than folic acid and also has methylated form of B-12. These forms of B vitamins are much better absorbed if you have MTHFR which many people have, and probably many who don't know they have. It just means that you don't absorb folic acid properly and especially if pregnant, it's highly advisable to take this form. It also has glutathione which a lot of vitamins don't have and which is really good for you, too, pregnant or not. All in all, this is a really good vitamin for a great price and over a two month supply so you don't have to keep purchasing something every month. I will be purchasing this again whether trying to conceive or not.

Great for acne prone skin
Definitely the best prenatal vitamins that are acne friendly! I have had acne in the past, but my skin is clear now - I couldn’t take the ones with biotin because they were hard core making my face break out in big cysts! These are amazing and don’t make my face break out! They don’t have an aftertaste either!

It the same supplements in bottle give as ones shown in the Amazon picture!
This is my second attempt at buying this product. The first time I bought it, I thought maybe they messed up the label. Thiamine is left off and amount per serving is way off on a couple of the vitamins compared to the picture shown on amazon. This causes me not to feel very safe taking the vitamins, even if it is a misprinted label. I will be returning these and will not be purchasing again. It’s a shame because if the bottle given had the same supplements listed on it as the photo does, I’m sure this would be a fantastic vitamin!

Good stuff
Love this prenatal! I have celiac disease so the added vitamin K is great for me and my bone health. Additionally, I like that it has glutathione in it because I have MTHFR but glutathione is best absorbed through mucosal membrane (under the tongue) rather than GI tract, so Im not sure if I'm even absorbing that. The methyl folate is great too, wish there was more though. The price is just right, too!
