Fully adjustable office chair pneumatic controls, helps promote an ergonomically correct seated position, which is important when at your desk or in front of the computer for long stretches of time. to raise the seat, lean forward to remove your weight from the chair, then pull up on the right control handle. To lower the seat, stay seated and pull up on the control handle until you're where you want to be. you can also pull out on the right control handle, which allows your chair to tilt back, or sit forward and push the right control handle in to prevent it from tilting. The left control handle allows back angle adjustment and back tilt lock for extra relaxation. a tilt-tension knob underneath the chair seat makes it easier or harder to rock back in your chair, depending on which way you turn it.

What I was needing, a solid purchase.
I wanted a replacement for my other computer chair. It was old, but the back support wasn't the best. The back rest stopped at the middle of my back leaving the rest along with my neck and head support less. This chair is pretty tall. It cover my entire backside with no issues. It was so easy to put together. Just the last screw for the arm was hard to turn, but once I got the feel of it, I was good to go.Even on carpet this rolls around alright.I only wish it sat a bit taller to my desk. Other than that I recommend this.

Assembly Instructions
The $212.01 savings is an exaggeration, but I believe the chair is priced about right at $129.99.I like the plastic armrests, there is no padding on the armrests to wear out too soon. The mesh back and cloth seat should be cooler than the vinyl or poor quality leather of most chairs in this price range, but the thin cloth on the seat may wear quickly. The assembly instructions are illustrations only, and lack detail. Assembly can be a bit difficult unless you have had experience, but I have had plenty. When attaching the armrests and back to the seat, only tighten the screws enough to keep them from falling out. Secure the armrests to the back of the chair and then tighten all of the screws.

I love this chair
I love this chair, and the service has been incredible. First, a quick overview of the chair.I'm a big guy: 6'5" and 245lbs. This chair is super sturdy and very comfortable. It's a pretty simple affair overall. Good lumbar support, recline on the vertical axis, and up/down adjustments. It's well constructed and the back support is excellent. If you spend along time in your chair each day (like I do - about 10 hours/day), this chair is fantastic. The first chair I received had a small issue: one of the bolts couldn't be inserted into the arm to secure the back of the chair. I emailed the company and they quickly sent me a new pack of bolts. That didn't do the trick so I emailed again and asked for a replacement back. Instead, they sent me an entirely new chair. This whole process only took a few weeks.5-stars for the chair (and the price!) and 5-stars for the customer service. Highly recommend.

Not a fan
I'm not a fan. The seat is "slippery" which means I don't actually sit back in the chair. There's the added issue that the seat actually tilts a bit forward. These two issues combined means your back is never actually against the back of the chair. I've gone back to my $50 chair because at least I'm able to sit properly in the chair and have my back supported against the back of the chair. A co-worker told me to try putting a rug no slip mat on the seat and that could potentially keep me from slipping - but there's still the issue of the slight tilt. This is really a chair I wish I'd been able to sit in before purchase.

Backrest Broke
Had a rude awakening today when the part of the chair that connected the backrest with the seat itself cracked. Luckily the backrest stayed attached and I remained on the seat. I ended up slightly hurting my shoulder from the jolt, but mostly it was just shock. I'm not a heavy guy, so chairs breaking isn't exactly a common experience (and certainly not something I expect at this price point). This is definitely the last 'Viva' chair I'll ever buy.

Not Just a Good Buy
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Fast shipping and delivery. Assembling it took me 40 mins, which was easy overall if you follow the instructions. The build quality is solid and sitting on it is comfortable and relaxing. The back mesh feels really good when leaning my back on it. The wheels are smooth and quiet when you move the chair around. It is working perfectly now. LOVE IT !!!

Disappointing assembly
what should have been a very easy assembly due to the limited number of pieces, became a nightmare because the wholes where you join different pieces together, didn't always line up. some didn't line up by a long shot. it required going into the toolbox to make some adjustments. Very upset about this. If I knew then what I know now, would not have purchased.

Garbage, almost killed me.
I only had the chair for 3 months and it damn near killed me. I was sitting back watching a show and next thing I know, I hear a crack and fall back nearly missing the metal bar on my bed frame. The chair completely broke, as you can see in the pictures.
