I purchased for a pretty unique purpose, to place under my hookah so any falling coals will hopefully hit that, instead of my floors. Fortunately and unfortunately I had to field test it on its third use, as I pulled the hose, and my coals toppled over. Most of them landed on that silicone mat, and aside from some slight bubbling, it was able to contain the heat and mess long enough for me to grab some water to extinguish everything. I wouldn’t let them sit on the mat longer than 30 seconds, as you could see the heat was affecting the silicone/ warping it, but absolutely no damage was done to my wood floor beneath, so I’d say that’s a job well done. There wasn’t a lot of reviews regarding its heat tolerance, so this is just my input and experience.

Bought this for my son. Using it when he colors and for play dough great size alsoLol just don’t use it with kinetic sand. Sticks like a SOB. Washes off perfectly fine just a pain

Edited and revised review: The seller followed up with me regarding the concern of the folded mat. Seller offered a very fair resolution. I was very impressed with the response. Although the mat still won't work for me, I would recommend the product and would consider future purchases from this seller to meet my crafting needs.So disappointed as this mat came folded so there are two large creases running the length of the mat. You cannot get a good grip and the mat will not lay flat with the creases so it is useless for my crafting. Do not buy unless you don't mind creases!

It's used on the workbench by the 3D resin printer. Good item to have.

It is great to work on. Keeps my work area clean and epoxy free. If they make a bigger One I will purchase it.

Having never bought a silicone mat, I had no idea what to expect but this one is great.

This is huge, I cut it up into 4 medium size mats, much more use and it also eliminates the fold lines.

I use this in my carpentry shop underneath larger glue ups. It is thicker and solid enough that I don't have to worry about ripping it with heavy projects and dried glue peels right off it. Makes keeping my table clean easy
