Q: Will it fit on a 2003 nissan 350z?

This part is not vehicle specific. It will work in your Nissan as long as you have the required space. Check part dimensions and go from there.

Q: What size and what kind of thread are the tapped holes in the tank? I can't seem to find anything that matches their thread.

6an orb to 3/8 hose barb. The orb means o-ring boss. I needed a 6an orb to 5/16 hose barb as my overflow hose from the radiator is 5/16 not 3/8 and the S.A.E. threads fit a bit tighter than the ones in the tank, but the thread pitch is the same. The U.S. threads were tight and the original fittings are now loose in that hole but the new fitting will never be removed in my case.

I see nobody answered your question. I bought one that had been returned, and they were no fittings other than what you see, sight glass on one side & the barbed fittings on the opposite side. I attached a hose on the inside of one barbed fitting to the bottom of the tank, and then attached the radiator cap overflow tube to that barb. The other barb I attached a tube for overflow.
