False claim of supplied software
The supplied software is Win 10 drivers and CPS for asian radios. This will not work for radios with the model number starting with AA. The cable is ok.

Software only works on Asian Models. Cable works great!
The Cable itself is great. You will have to find what Com Port it is associated with and this will change each time you plug it in but that is rather simple to do.The Software is for (AZ) Asia not North America but if you have the AA (North American) software like I did the cable will work.

Bogus Motorola Software license Sft does not work
Software is outdated and comes without a Motorola License. Bogus product not worth buying unless you just want a cable that is the next best thing not the right thing.

Did not deliver what it advertised
It did not have the software for the radio I needed to program, even though it advertised it could program my make and model of radio.

Updated software should be downloaded online for your specific device.

Software did not work.
Software did not work, but the driver for the cable did. They did email me trying to help, since I could not read Chinese I could not get to there download for Windows 10 driver for cable. Cable did work once I found a copy of the software to program radios.
