These are really nice and soft, yet strong. I can put them on some parts of my back by myself. My favorite are the 3 small size because I use them for my tight traps and neck area.

Update: 4/4/25. I have been using these cups on my husband's back and they certainly help alleviate his pain.I am a licensed massage therapist and have been cupping clients for the past 12years. I had high hopes for these cups when I saw them on Amazon because I needed a new set of silicone cups for work.Pros. The cups came before scheduled delivery and was inside a lovely carry pouch. There is a booklet which tries to explain cupping therapy.Cons. The cups are very small. I would need 6 sets to of these (total of 42) to adequately cover the back of a client. I use 8 with my older set of cups.These cups also do not provide a good vacuum seal. It is a shame.The cups do look nice so I might just use them as a display and a talking point about cupping at my work.

Just delivered yesterday & I am a fan! I have had a professional use rubber cups on me but never tried it at home. Quick delivery in full working order. Very easy to use even with applying a cup with one hand or applying to the upper backs of shoulders yourself. I used coconut oil. Great suction, I could even attach and move around doing things around the house without them ever coming off. In the less than 24 hrs I have only tried fixed cupping where you stick it and leave it. I tried this on my shoulders and upper back between blades, upper arms, stomach and feet. The very 1st cup was a little creepy to see your skin sucked up as these are clear but you get over that by the 2nd cup. Does leave a ring when removed. I did leave them on longer than most would but it just felt relaxing. For the most part I went 15-20 mins. Of the 22 spots I cupped I woke up to maybe 9 still showing a “cup kiss” all the way to dark purple circles. Again no pain. Apparently the circle colors are indications of where the therapy is working more from what I read but I am no expert. Definitely looking forward to my next round. Just know depending how you use them, amount of suction & time you may have marks that can take days-weeks to fully disappear. To me a dark purple ring is worth it. Will try cupping with movement on cellulite next.

I have had these cups for almost two years and didn’t used them much because whenever I placed them around my knees, elbows of hips, they would come off. They only worked on my flat back and even then it didn’t section as good as other silicone ones I have used since then. Now have turned yellow and nothing removes the stain. Wish I could have done more research before purchasing these.

Great for home use! Durable and easy to clean.
