Pictures show a latch. but, the video installion shows a latch & deadbolt in one. me: i want the latch w/ handle as well as a deadbolt?

You can have both, you just have to be sure you have the space on the door.

Is Lockly compatible with “Ring” doorbell?

WE have the Lockly and the ring doorbell. There is no connectivity between the two. Both work well and independently.

Is there a trick to getting notifications? I like the latch so far but I’m not receiving any notifications. Notifications are turned on in my settings

The app is one of the worst for a security device. Clunky to use and your have to be your own IT guy. Customer service is horrible with these guys.

Have any of you had the device break, I see bad reviews? Will this fit a top deadbolt/bottom door handle? Will the key work even if battery dies?

I want to first start out by saying I have two of these. One works ok. The other has been nothing but trouble. The company isn’t much help. The lock and company preform subpar. The one giving me trouble started having trouble about a year in. Fingerprint reader stopped working. Lock would refuse to unlock at times. Spent months of back and forth trying to get help. They wanted me to put in update after update. Spent hours doing updates and changes for them. Nothing worked. Finally said they would replace it. ONLY if o paid for another one while I returned the defective one! Come on! The lock has locked us out of the house countless times. No way I’d try and keep it. Finally got all the paperwork sorted out and what do you know?!? Past the warranty time now. Sorry. Can’t help you. Now the screen doesn’t work. I have an auto locking normal key lock now. They wasted my money and time.
