Great product. Built sturdy and easy to operate. Quiet and does the cold press juicing effortlessly. Been using every day since I bought. No regret on the price I bought.

Excellent product! I've been using it for 6-7 months without any problems it works so smoothly and efficiently this is such a nice product!

I purchased the Hamilton Beach Professional Cold Press Slow Juicer on March 19, 2025, through Amazon, expecting a premium product backed by a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've ever made. By April 10th, less than a month into usage, the product stopped working. I promptly contacted Hamilton Beach customer service, and was asked to pack the unit myself so they could arrange for a courier pickup. This in itself was inconvenient, especially given the size and fragility of the item. What followed was an excruciating 20–25 days of wait just to receive the repaired unit. I assumed the issue was resolved. Sadly, barely 20 days later, the juicer broke down again. 😞 Poor Customer Service & Product Reliability: Each time the product fails, the same time-consuming process is repeated: Pack the product again Wait for pickup Wait another 3 weeks for repair This is frustrating, especially when we purchase a premium product assuming reliability and post-sale support. What’s worse is that there’s no nearby service center, and all repairs depend on logistics coordination from the customer side. It’s simply not practical to keep repeating this every few weeks. 💸 Not Worth the Price: At this price point, I expected a durable product and hassle-free support. Hamilton Beach has failed on both counts. I now believe that opting for a local brand would have been a smarter choice – as they often have better doorstep service or nearby service centers. 🚫 My Recommendation: I strongly urge others to avoid this product. It's not worth the time, money, or energy. Ease of use

Happy with the product. Customer service was very good. They solved my issues within days and I am using my product on bi- weekly basis. No issues found. Anyone looking for cold pressed juicer, I recommend to buy Hamilton.

Excellent juicer

This product is not that great as described. The Fruits doesn’t grind properly. I would say may be 65 to 70%. Wastage is more. I have used kuvings and compared to that this is ok and not great. Quality and the outlook of the product is not bad. While fixing and mostly when removing the auger you might hurt your fingers. Overall an Average buy .

This was supposed to be 220. It is only 110. Because of the holidays we opened it after 3 weeks and now we are stuck with a juicer that we and no one in this are of the world can use.

Working very efficiently. Not huge size but works like big juicers. Very powerfull

I’ve been using the Hamilton Beach Juicer Machine for our plant-based lifestyle, and it has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. The large 3” feed chute makes it so easy to juice whole fruits and vegetables without a lot of prep work. It powers through everything quickly with the strong 800W motor, and the juice comes out fresh and smooth, perfect for adding into our plant-based smoothies. Cleanup is simple compared to other juicers I’ve tried, which makes me want to use it every day. The parts rinse off easily, and it doesn’t feel like a hassle after making a batch of juice. I also love that it’s BPA-free, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s been a great investment for our daily smoothies and plant-based meals—reliable, powerful, and easy to use. Highly recommend!
