Update: I ordered ANOTHER one, and it was delivered just as quickly.I am doing a bit of hard training at the moment (running almost every day), so I am using quite a bit of this. I take 2 capsules for a regular training day, 4 capsules for a 10-15km day, 6 capsules for a 20+ km day.So, I was impressed enough to buy a second one. Same brand etc. Enough said.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Only ordered it yesterday evening, and the driver was tapping my door a bit after noon today!I can easily see in the clear tub that the capsules are intact, and how many I have left.I am not into all that keto stuff, and I bought this as a "general sports supplement" for running and cycling etc. (I am no "gym rat"!).Million dollar question? Will it make me run faster? Well, I think attitude and training pattern will have a bigger effect. I certainly do not have a "high red meat" diet - no lean steak for me! But the price was right, and I will give it a go. Eight years ago I was eating beef medallion steaks, with minimal fat. I did not even especially like them. But hey, plenty of carnitine for training gains.This time, I thought I would give the capsules a go. Better than placebo? If I could answer that I would be rather richer than I am now.But, like I said, for the price, IMO, worth a go - especially if you do not much like extra-low-fat steaks!

Reasonable price and decent quality

The headline description of these tablets is very misleading. They are NOT 2,000mg tablets. Instructions in the label advise four tablets to one “serving” of of the tablets, which together make 2,000mg meaning that each tablet is actually 50mg. So 120 tablets mean that one bottle lasts for 30 days! I would ask for a refund, but is suspect that this is a case of “buyer beware”. However, Amazon should note the headline description for this product could be considered as misleading.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. As others have mentioned, these are not 2000mg capsules. They're 500mg and you need to take 4 to get the 2000mg "serving". They're probably ok, but it's very misleading and no-one likes feeling as if they've been taken for a mug. I'll be returning mine and buying something else.
