Ok I have Chrones and as many know means you can race to the bathroom minutes after eating. Well I have been taking this product for over 2 weeks, And I feel great, I know longer have to race to the bathroom. I know longer have stomach cramps, I would highly recommend . I've always been regular but often inconsistent (firm, soft, watery, etc.). I've been using probiotics for years, but after using this one for a week I noticed more consistency in my BM's (for the better).I've just ordered my second bottle and I highly recommend this product. I only use one capsule instead of two, and I am happy with the results, plus I'm getting an even better value. Don't get me wrong, even at two capsules a day (the recommended serving) this is a great value.

Helps me control bloating

I took these and they seem to work ok but not as well as the Probotic-15. They aren't as expensive but then you get what you pay por.

I am new to Probiotics and i am happy with how these make me feel. It has definitely helped my digestive problems and seems to help keep that bloated feeling away. I take 1 pill when i wake up and 1 in the evening. I would truly recommend Nutra Probiotic.. . The shipping was fast and the customer service fantastic.

I'll be perfectly honest, I didn't know what to expect when I ordered these pills. I'd heard of the benefits of taking probiotics many times before, and had even given some to my daughter at her pediatrician's recommendation to help with her digestive issues, but I never buckled down and took any myself. I went into using this product not knowing exactly what to expect or how my body would react. To be brutally honest, as a born skeptic, I didn't expect to notice a difference after taking them at all. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised! Aside from greater regularity, I've had way more energy over the last two weeks since I've started taking them than I can ever remember having in my adult life before! I'm usually pretty exhausted most of the day staying home with a house full of ridiculously energetic kids, and find it hard to muster up the energy to keep up on housework and everything else needed to keep a household running. I'd always attributed my lack of energy to raising kids, having a baby who doesn't sleep through the night, and not always being able to eat as healthily as I'd like. Now I find myself able to keep up with everything I set out to do each day - even with the lack of sleep - which has been a very pleasant and welcome surprise! The only thing in my routine that has changed is taking these pills once in the morning and once in the evening, so I can only attribute the change to this product.As far as actually taking the pills, these capsules are around 3/4 inch long by 1/4 inch in diameter, and are thankfully pretty easy to get down. I usually dread taking larger pills, because I tend to have a hard time swallowing them, and then I'm left with an unpleasant aftertaste from the coating around the pill, or the taste of the plastic capsule prematurely dissolving in my mouth, leaving me gagging and pill unswallowable. I didn't have any difficulty swallowing these, however, and there was no unpleasant aftertaste or odor associated with them, either, for which I was also very thankful!The only reason I give this item 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did noticed some fairly painful abdominal cramping during the first week and a half of taking them. My guess is this was probably attributed to my body adjusting to the probiotics, especially considering I'd never taken any in the past, but it was still uncomfortable, nonetheless. This won't stop me from continuing to take this product, however, as the cramping did eventually go away, and I'm guessing my experience could have been an case. Besides, the boost in energy I felt was totally worth it! I would highly recommend these probiotics to anyone, and will continue taking them in the future!I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
