I started taking the SP's B6-Niacinamide on the advice of my doctor. I have been using the product for a few months and have had good results. Would recommend !

After my husband had major back surgery in 2020 he was on gabapentin for nerve pain. But gabapentin creates balance issues (one of the common side effects) so, after his third fall, a chiropractor friend suggested he try this specific Niacinimide.We discussed it with my husband’s neurosurgeon who was fully supportive of it and give us guidelines of how to wean off gabapentin and onto Niacinimide.Success!!Really helped w the nerve pain as he healed, he was able to come off the Niacinimide after a few months, and no more balance issues.Meanwhile, we have acquaintances who’ve been on Gabapentin post back surgery for 5+ years and no end in sight, and still experiencing nerve issues.Grateful for this product!!

I have been taking the Standard Process B6-Niacinamide - Energy Metabolism, Heart Health, and Digestion Supplement for about two years now. When I run out I can feel the difference in my energy levels.

The quality of ingredients in these is good. I took them many years ago via my doctor to take care of my carpel tunnel and it worked wonderfully. Now that I am older I had some recurring symptoms and decided to try them again. EVERY single time I take them, with or without food, I feel like I am going to throw up. This lasts for 1-2 hours and then FINALLY I get through it. I don't know if I've built up an intolerance to something in it or not but I had to switch to something else. Sad because this is a GOOD company! I read the other reviews of the people who are doing well with it and that was me years back when I used it. I wouldn't be afraid to recommend it at all, just be aware that you could possibly end up with an upset stomach.As for the person and what their kinesiologist said... I would try it anyways. Kinesiologists make A LOT of money on supplements and I know some of them can be pretty good liars just to keep their patient buying from them. I know there are good doctors out there too, but my brother in law in lucky to be alive after what one did to him!
