fingerprint recognition does not work and remote only works on occasion
it seemed like a nice sturdy product but the technology is garbage.. It will not do the fingerprint reading at all and the remote works so infrequently that its not trustable to get you back in the camper and now I see that its selling for $200, please do not buy this, it isn't even close to worth the price tag

Update****Didn't last long
Got the fingerprint up and running with no problem. I installed this in less the 5 minutes. I would buy this over and over again. I love not having to carry keys. ****Update- fingerprint and key fob stopped working less the 6 months. Now it's just a keyed lock.

Strong construction, but fingerprint recognition WILL NOT PROGRAM/OPERATE.
Right out of the box this is simply another RV latch with a remote key FOB. Fingerprint recognition will not program or operate at all...

The fingerprint recognition does not work.
The lock installed perfectly. The key fob worked right away.However, the fingerprint function does not initialize. I checked the wiring connectors and tried multiple times to get it to go into learning mode with no success.I am disappointed but since we have 2 keys and the fob I am not going through a troublesome return process.

Fingerprint and key fob stop working.
Second trip and the fingerprint and key fob stop working. I received the door lock on May 2021.

I have to replace the battery ever week. And I use good ones
