The BitLoom Co. Primitive Country, Star Patch Red King 5 Piece Quilt Set

I read everyone's reviews. Maybe I received something that is made differently? I have a number of quilts. This is not a quilt but just a thin blanket. The money I paid for this is TOTALLY overpriced. The material is very thin and not the good quality quilting fabric that is normally used. There is zero batting in this. So if you want to be cool..while sleeping...this will be perfect. Again...i am used to the thick heavy quilts. Whoever made it... Stitched together two pieces of fabric and called it a king quilt because it's primitive. Since I like blankets colors...I have decided to purchase a king sized heavy "blanket" (instead of batting) and I will open up a side of this primitive blanket. Then add the new blanket in it...stitch it back up... to create the warmth and weight a quilt should have. Again. If you like being cool while sleeping.. this is perfect for you. If not. Don't purchase it. I am sorry this is the very first time ever posting a not so good review. Just trying to help others who may be looking for a true quilt.

I really like this collection it looks very nice in with my furniture. The one warning I have is that in the picture the background color is cream. On my spread the color is actually a khaki color so it is much darker than what is shown.

I didn’t even pull everything out of the bag. I only pulled the king size sham out to see what it looked like. This is a beautiful set but I sent mine back because I no longer needed it. I felt it was too much red for my decor. It reminded me more for Christmas than daily use. Great quality.

We just received our quilt yesterday, and we LOVE it! One thing though- We have a California King mattress, so we purchased the luxury king quilt, and it’s HUGE (length is really, really long and width gives ample space on each side). I wouldn’t call that a complaint really, just something to keep in mind if you’re contemplating getting the larger size.

I love these quilts! They are perfect. I wanted something more than a bedspread and not heavy. They fit the ticket perfectly!

I ordered this because of one particular review that stated this quilt was heavy. We must have been sent two completely different quilts. This was absolutely not heavy, as a matter if fact the package was so light, I thought maybe I had been sent the wrong size. It was however, very pretty and I was impressed that it fit the bed completely. I sent it back though as I did not think it was worth the price.

Got the set today. It’s made really nice but it’s dark. It’s nowhere as light as the picture so please keep that in mine. The shams hold standard pillows and I ordered a queen. I didn’t realized the shams had ruffles because I got it for my sons room. Going to buy solid shams and switch it out. Would have liked it to be a little lighter like the picture. But overall I’m pleased with the quality of the set.
