Good but not instant steam
As a professional seamstress I use an iron all day for my work. I like the over all look of this and it is lightweight and easy to use. However I need to hold the steam button down for almost a whole minute before the steam comes out. It does say heat up time is up to a minute. If using continually the steam seems to keep coming, so would be fine for getting through the ironing. But not much good if only using for a few seconds at maybe ten minute intervals as the steam will stop and need to heat up again. So a time consuming exercise for my kind of use. Great steam output though and excellent for vertical steaming to get creases out. Quite powerful. It’s still a keeper.

Disappointed
Having had a much more powerful and expensive iron before, this one is quite tame and the steam power is weak. Was also surprised that you do have to buy anti scale cartridges. This was not clear in the specifications and it was something I wanted to avoid. It is, just about, useable but I would not buy again.

Copper plate eroding after just three months
First time that I have invested in an expensive iron and I've been very underwhelmed. The copper plating on the face of the iron is already breaking up after only three months of use . The result is the iron sticks to the material and makes it hard to get a good finish. Very dissapointed

Don’t waste your money!
Cord length was great but that’s the only thing that was !The rubber stoppers fell of whilst getting it out of the box, should’ve known then what the quality was going to be likeI could’ve blown more creases out !Sending it back pronto !!!!
