I got interested in Asian stir-fry cooking, then learned the benefits of having a spatula in each hand, and this set of four spoon rests allows for conveniently having one spatula rest on each side of a wok, plus one rest for a ladle, plus one rest for an oily-brush to help keep the interior of a wok lightly oiled.or to absorb any excess oil in the wok. This is really nice for the price. Much better than I was expecting. Not plastic. Packaged nicely to ensure it wouldn’t break. The weight is good, doesn’t tip when you place a spoon on it. Dishwasher safe. I expect this to last a while.
