Aloha The filter in the Pitcher of Life is filtered through a mesh size that is very small so all particles that are not that small are filtered out. The hole in our Mesh screen is so small that 2,500 of them are in every square inch. I will repeat this: 2,500 holes per square inch means that the plastic particulates are filtered out very, very efficiently
