Diztronic Matte Back Charcoal Gray Flexible TPU Case for Samsung Galaxy S4 Active - Retail Packaging

I ordered this case because I wasn't really sure what I wanted and the price is low. The type of case I was REALLY wanted isn't available for the Active phone just yet. I am quite impressed by the fit and feel of this case. It is flexible but not flimsy. Lint and dirt don't seem to stick to it like I have had happen on other brand cases. It does not cover the screen of the phone but does have a small "lip" that would give some protection should the phone be dropped face down. I added a Bodyguardz tempered glass screen protector to my phone and it works well with the case. This case fits perfect to the phone and all the cutouts/buttons are aligned flawlessly. It adds little to none when it comes to bulk and weight. I am impressed and extremely happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase again and I probably will in other colors. Don't let the low price or description of "flexible" deter you from purchasing this product. It is a quality product.

This case is a great slim fit for my phone. Why buy the latest, thinnest, lightest, sleekest phone out there to put a thick, heavy, and clunky looking case on it? The matte finish gives my phone a lighter feel and still provides good access to the buttons and jacks.Bonus: Customer Service. A few days after receiving my case, Diztronic emailed to see how I liked the case. I mentioned that I had cut the camera opening larger and had slightly mutilated the case. What I thought was a design flaw was actually a feature.. the top edge of the camera opening lays slightly over the top edge of the lens. When I cut the case, it made it so that the camera lens was flush with the case thereby providing no protection. Upon hearing this, Diztronic immediately shipped a replacement case with only one stipulation, "No surgical modifications this time."

All of the people that gave this one star simply cannot read or do not relize that the s4 active is a different model. Ot makes me laugh. This case is simplistic fits nicely and provides decent protection. Im not one to even use a case but I like this one.The only reason ot doesnt recieve 5 stars is due to some aux cords being too large to slide in the headphone jack because the case gets in the way. But that is a common problem woth cases. If they fix that. This case will be perfect

A very good case, if you're willing to pair it with a screen protector. It fits snugly on the S4 ACTVIE (ignore the reviews saying the case is too big; they have the smaller S4). The lip on the front is large enough to protect the glass if you were to drop the phone. All of the buttons are still very clickable, but the lip may hinder your access slightly to the bottom three - my only small complaint for the case.

The active is relatively new to the market, and since it's a bit bigger than the regular S4, so most of the cases are either too tight or too lose (I know, I've ordered like 5 different cases). This one is a slim profile (haven't dropped it yet to see if it's super sturdy), but is rubbery and should be a good protective case. And if you haven't dropped your "whatever proof" phone...you'll find it outs "whatever proof....as long as it's done in a giant bubble". Dropping it will break, so everything bit of protection helps. And so far, this is a really good way to give it some protetion, w/o being too bulky.

When I first looked for a case for my new Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, there was not many options. THEN, I found the Diztronic TPU Case. Well it was described as fitting perfect and snuggly. I was able to get the High Gloss Black, which is perfect.It was better than described. Fits tighter than I anticipated. And is very thin and hasn't bulked up the phone at all. What it has done, is made the phone safe, because it is less slippery than the original unit. Fits great, feels wonderful in the hand and I am hooked, a great item, will buy again for the next phone.Perfect item.

This is an average TPU case. It fits the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active OK but the case overlaps the edges of the rear camera lens, the overlap is not large enough to affect the performance of the camera. The power button and volume buttons have great feel and all of the cutouts are in the correct locations. The USB cutout is large enough to easily access the USB port cover. My two major complaints are that the matte finish makes the phone slippery and the case does not feel thick enough to protect the phone from a drop.

If you're looking for a very slim, low-key "dress" case for everyday use with your S4 Active, this is it! The plastic material is not floppy or rubbery, but flexes enough you can slip it over the phone in seconds. It has a very nice matte texture that's not sticky (easy to slip into a pocket) yet not slippery -- easy to hang on to. The ports are exposed and easy to use. It's obviously a lighter-duty case -- it gives you some drop protection and protection against scratching and wear, but you'll want a bulkier case for heavy-duty use.
