I wasn't sure whether to get this or not because I read some of the reviews, but I personally REALLY LOVE this step-up platform! I actually ordered it along with the two extra risers separately so that I could have a higher platform for doing step ups on leg days. The extra attachments fit perfectly with the risers, and the whole platform came without any scratches or damage.✅️Very Sturdy (For reference, I'm 140lbs female, and I use dumbell weights up to 60lbs. )✅️ Doesn't slide on the wooden floor, but I use a yoga mat underneath anyways because I exercise without shoes✅️ Easy to store in my room because it doesn't take up much space✅️ it's ADJUSTABLE!!!!I don't just use it for step ups, but also for split squats, deficit lunges (I only use the 4in pink riser), and goblet squats (it WILL move with doing this exercise, so I put it against the wall to keep it from sliding away.)I can't speak for people who are above 200lbs, but for someone my weight using heavy dumbells, I think it's perfect and helps so much in addition to my workouts!

For the price ... Nice item to be able to use at home ... I've been using it as I go through a "Meniscus Tear" operation at a Physical Therapy Facility ... Height adjustments help as I'm rebuilding the entire legs strength ... It's the same height and width that the physical therapy facility has me using ... It's nice and portable and takes up hardly any space ... It's overall a great item for cardio in general ... A warm up to get blood and oxygen flowing through the body ... You can also use it for "Incline" or "Decline" pushup variations ...Update ... February 04, 2023 ... This item is still a great item to have ... I'm only updating my original review because after using these steps about 2-3 times per week in the house only while going through a knee injury rehab ... And being gentle on every move due to that surgery ... I had started to notice that the ends of the rubber are starting to separate as pictured ... It's not a deal breaker or upsetting ... BUT ... For those who might be thinking of buying this item ... Be sure to have some sort of "Glue" handy at the house ... I used "Gorilla Glue" ... Tiny little tubes in a package ... Tiny tip to apply in the corners with a couple of drops ... After applying the glue ... I use a small piece of Blue painters tape to hold it in place for 24 hours ... Issued solved ... It's really not a big deal breaker ... Just keep what I've written in mind regarding having some glue at the house ... Hope this helps new or previous buyers ...

I started with a stool, but it was too unstable, these steps are solid and as I improve, I can remove sections to lower the height.
