Definitely makes you sweat. Love this product and the shirt for my afternoon walks or jogs.

Keeps the wind out, increases sweat, fits good. One fit con is the length would be a little long if you are very short.

Comfortable, flexible, great product. Will worry about longevity of product, but short time so far has been great. Fit was as expected what I would normally buy for sweat pants. These are spandex basically with a plastic internal liner to hold in heat/moisture. These wash well with normal setting, have also dried for short times on extra low/delicate setting and has worked fine. I just hang up to finish drying to not risk damage. Recommend hanging up inside out so they can dry out between uses.

Overall very good product, it functions as described, however the size runs a little bigger.Definitely recommended, but my preference to buy a size smaller next time.

Very comfortable

I’ve used these shorts multiple times. They do work great easy to wash have had no problems whatsoever with them except that they’re starting to fit me a little loose. Great problem to have.

They work, but fall apart. I bought a size larger to prevent them from stretching apart. Unfortunately, after a gentle washing, the seams holding the neoprene liner started coming undone. It's still usable, but the quality could be better.
