Has Features but is Cheaply Made find something better
I ordered this chair on June 7 2017.. i received it a short time later. Cant remember exactly how long it took to get but wasn't a issue. I read a lot of the reviews about this chair . Both the positive and negative. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews but i still bought it anyways because i liked some of the features on the chair. I also thought some of the reviews might be a little over blown. But alot of them we not. Below is a break down of what i think about this chairThe SeatThe seat of the chair has Very little padding in the middle where your behind is.. Looking at the pictures it looks like a thick cushion all the way across but its not. There is alot of Padding on the sides of the chair but to get the racing seat feel they remove 90% of the padding from the middle. This leaves you with about a half inch of padding in the middle where your behind is before your sitting on a steel plate. After just a few mins you start getting back pains and your behind starts to hurt. The seat is Very wide compared to most computer chairs I've had in the past. So a regular memory foam cushion you get from the store is too small for it. you always slide around and are constantly sliding down in the seat..The cushion that came closest to fitting the entire bottom of the seat costed around $100 for a memory foam cushion.. u will have to go with a XL wheel chair cushion for it to fit right. The BackWhen i got the chair the padding on the back seemed alittle hard. Its not too bad but you do start to feel it in your back after a long gaming session. It hasn't softened up with use like i thought it would. This is a minor but still worth noting. One day i was siting in the chair with the footstool up and was sliding down in it..So i pushed my self up and apparently leaned against the back too hard and it fell straight back so it was 180 degrees flat. i actually fell out of the chair because of it. I didnt think i leaned against it that hard but the locking mech did fail on me there. After that the back of the chair would some times slip. So i had to Push the adjustment handle on the base in and wiggle the back to make sure it locked in place right. I still have to do this every time i adjust the angle on the back. But i just kept on using the chair. The Locking Mech that lets the back change angles does make a noise when you lean side to side for a few months..It is alittle annoying but its not too majorThe Foot RestThis Feature i really liked about this chair. It had alright padding on it and can adjust out a fair distance. Only down side to it is once in a while one side slides in alittle faster then the other so it gets jammed up . U just got to take your time Sliding it back under the chair. The Arms .They do adjust up and down about a inch. I thought it would be more but this feature isn't too bad. I can't complain about it.The top of the arms do have alot of padding on them.. This is a good thing at first but turns into a bad thing later on. After a few weeks of use and the padding sliding to the side i started to get tears on the side from where the Faux leather was being stretched. I just bought a leather repair kit and repaired the cracks. Then the Faux leather started chipping really bad where the cracks formed so its been a battle trying to keep it repaired. So i bought some strap on Arm covers to help hold it in place. I just kept using the chair. The Arms also come loose all the time. I have to tighten them up daily. Which is really annoying. But i liked some of the features of the chair so i kept using the chair. Now comes to the Real Reason im writing this review. Even after all those problems i was using the chair Until today. I was sitting in the chair and the arm Snapped off. The bracket on the bottom of the seat where the arm connects to snapped clean in half. So After 10 months of use i now have a chair with out a right arm. I have done my best to take very good care of this chair. I am the only one that sits in it and im not a very big person. Im 5 foot 9 about 170. I did my best not to lean on the arms so they would last. I have bought some cheap 60 dollar computer chairs from discount stores that have lasted me years. being thrown around and mistreated. So i figured spending the extra money on this chair i should have it for years to come.I was wrong It didn't even last a year. For the $180 price tag i expected to get a couple of years out of it at least.I am extremely disappointed with this chair. I read there were problems with it in reviews but didn't think soo many of them would be true. I thought people were blowing up some of the problems and making them worse then they really were but after having this chair for 10 months i now know most the complaints about this chair are true. While no product is perfect. There are always trade offs i personally don't think having to put up with soo many negative things with this chair is worth it. Do Yourself a favor find something better.Pros to this chairHas a really high backlumbar pillow makes a great head pillowFoot rest is niceAdjustable ArmsThick padding on the armsBack can lean and lock at any angle You wantThe seat is very wide and long.. maybe alittle too long.ConsMiddle of Seat has very little paddingArms come loose dailyFaux Leather on side of Arms tears with very little usePadding on Back is somewhat hard. Doesn't soften up with time.Locking Mech for the Back isn't very strong.Locking Mech for back makes a noise when you move side to side for a whilepicture 1 View of the chair to show over all condition at the time the Arm broke off.picture 2 .. Broken arm hangingpicture 3.. to show where the stress cracks form after short period of usepicture 4.. To show where the piece that broke went.. with broken piecepicture 5.. Broken piece that was inside the chair.. this held the arm onto the chairupdate still waiting for the manufacturer to contact me like i was told they were going toalso ive noticed something funny total reviews are slowly dropping on this product wondering if the seller is having them removed to bump up its rating on this crappy product

Strong Sturdy and Comfortable!
Wow I just received this chair today and man is it amazing. First thing I noticed right away is how big this chair is. I mean it is massive and that's a good thing. I am 6'1 240 lbs and this chair makes me feel like a toddler in a car seat. I'm glad because given my size I was afraid it would be too small and not fully support my weight. It's super comfy, very sturdy and stylish. I took me around 25-30 mins to assemble and the process was rather easy (installing the two arm rest took the longest belive it or not) the stand is solid steel and heavy so I am sure it will last a very long time. The lower back support cushion is just the right size for me not too big, not too small and works fairly well. The only two things that I don't like about the chair is one) the neon green mesh cut out in the middle of the chair, it just stands out sooo much and just doesn't seem to quite fit in with the black and red decal of the chair. Second thing I didn't really like is that while the chair itself is sturdy as a rock and can probably hold well over it's advertised 265 lbs weight limit, the leg rest seems a little flimsy and unstable for a guy with legs as large as mine. I have heavy muscular legs and I used the leg rest just to test it out and I don't think it will hold up in the long run if I were to continue to use it. The leg rest is supported by two thin steel pole bars that extended outward from the chair. Just me putting my legs on it gives me the feeling that they cannot support the weight of my legs so I won't be using it. I didn't purchase this chair with the intent of using the foot rest anyways but still it is a feature that comes with the chair and features should function correctly. If you are 150-170 lbs or below the foot rest should be fine for you us big guys over 200lbs should probably steer clear of this feature. Other than thoes two flaws the chair itself can only be described as quality. It's strong sturdy and feels truly premium to sit in. As for the price, it definitely isn't a cheap chair and it could be a little cheaper in my opinion however it is a quality chair, plus you have chairs selling for double the price of this one that aren't even half as good. So I believe that once you open the box and set this chair up you will agree that the asking price is fair. The chair doesn't come with instructions on how to assemble the chair only a paper identifying all the parts of the chair and the screws. There is however a YouTube video on how to install this exact chair. Also worth mentioning is that you will not need any additional tools to assemble this chair everything you need to assemble comes in the box. Overall I would certainly recommend it to anyone in the market for a good gaming / office chair. If anything should change in the future I will update this review.
