BOUGHT FOR BRAZIL – WORTH THE PRICE, BUT WITH TWO ISSUES…
Very well, the product is awesome! The plastic quality is very good and all the materials work perfectly, but if you want to buy this, you have to consider not using a fan. Because of the shutdown system, you have to attach the fan to the new circuit, which makes it run at full throttle. That means a lot of noise – depending on the fan. I have two: one sounds like an airplane turbine, and the original Raspberry fan, small and not fitting exactly right, sounds like a mosquito buzzing. That’s something to think about for another version of the case. Another point: the USB 3.0 ports are blocked by the plastic on the sides. If you try to plug in a USB device with a larger connector, it won’t fit. You’ll need an extender. This is another thing they should improve in a future version, I guess. But it’s worth it! I paid a lot more because of the tax in my country (triple the price), but even though, I’m happy! If you want to buy from Brazil, the shipping was fast and you don’t have to pay tax when it arrives – you pay on Amazon before shipping. For those living in North America or another country without high import taxes, you can fix the fan problem with a hardware mod called SUPERPi-U Fan Control.

Very nice case
I love these cases for RetroPie. My only complaint is the USB ports on the front. They need flipped so the contacts are facing down to eliminate dust collecting. The ports also don't hold cables securely against their own weight but it works for Bluetooth dongle.

Good quality, nice fit, safe shutdown feature.
Seems like good quality plastic. Everything fit together well and the safe shutdown feature worked great after installing the script. HDMI adapter wasn’t making a solid connection at first. Don’t cut holes in your case as another reviewer did. Just take hobby knife or box cutter and trim back the rubber on the HDMI connector a bit. It’s really easy and neat. I only needed to trim about 2mm. I would recommend purchasing a fan not much room for air to circulate. I would also double check that the wires that go to gpio are seated in connector good. I had to push one in. You install the cartridge by using the included adhesive tape on the magnet and placing under the cartridge door.

Great case for the Pi 4...
It's a nice, compact case. The on/off switch is solid and you can clearly hear and feel it when you turn it on or off. The reset button works perfectly too. I'm not overly fond of the mock cartridge attachment for the top, but that's an 'extra' the comes with it that you don't have to use. That it has space for and is set up to use a small fan for cooling is a nice plus. When you add one it doesn't move a lot of air, but enough that it helps, and you can't even hear it. My only real complaint is the USB ports on the front, which are looser than those on any other device I have. It would be nice if they were a bit more snug to hold controller plugs in more securely, but it's not a deal breaker, and they still do work. I do wish they had an SNES version like the SuperPi Case-U for the RPi 2B/3B/3B+, but that it's like the Super Famicon isn't a deal breaker.

I bought 2 of these cases. I like them a lot.
I really like themed cases that function well especially when it has an on/off switch, the reset button is an added bonus. The only downside is if your Pi Software has a stripped down OS which limits your ability to install scripts then this case may not be for you. I like the fact you can hide things in the side ports and cover them up and still connect USB Devices to the two front ports. My only pet peeve is not being able to figure out how to remove the storage door and insert the storage case that looks like a game cartridge. It's not that I wanted to use the cartridge storage case but would like to have the option should I want to, and I do not want to risk breaking what's there. No I am not the end user of these because I send them out to my family for the kids to play with so everything has to be wireless because frustrated kids tend to throw things so everything is setup with wireless devices. Getting a Pi400 is a cheaper solution but not as cool. There are less expensive themed cases that look similar but they are not the same if you want to see what I mean buy one it will get the job done but will not have functional buttons and the quality of the case materials will be poor.

Doesn't live up to the hype for me
This case looks much better in the photos than it does in person and the color is much darker. There's more of a textured look and feel than the smoothness in the photos. It's ok, it's meh. Disappointed is probably the best word I would use for what I expected this to be. All the YouTube and Amazon reviews saying how great this case is didn't live up to the reality of putting my own hands on it. It's solid enough plastic, feels sturdy. Except for the little fake cartridge eject button and the cover for the cartridge slot, those feel really cheap. But they aren't a functional part of this unit, so I guess that's ok, but it adds a big of a janky impression to looking this unit over. The power and reset buttons also feel cheap to me. I guess my expectations were a little high for a cheap $20 plastic case. I can't comment on how it works with a Pi installed, because I haven't installed my Pi yet - I can't yet decide if I want to keep this or return it.

Great case, one design oversight.
This case is super easy to assemble. The Pi4 fit perfectly into the case, and the cables are perfectly sized and positioned to close the case without any force. The only downside is the case comes with four rubber feet to attach, but the slots where you attach the feet at the front of the case are where you screw the top and bottom of the case together. If you want to use the feet in the intended spots then the expectation is that you won't need to open the case again, I guess. I may insert a fan or heatsink at a later date, or if I need to replace the pi inside then I will need to ruin two of the rubber feet. Not a huge deal but something to consider if you're picking this up.

The look is perfect and it's easy to assemble, too. Safe shutdown is a nice touch and if you're using Recalbox it's super easy to set up, too.

While the design for this case is gorgeous and well formed, I've had issues with seating the micro HDMI cords to the port. I've tried multiple Raspberry Pi 4 boards in an attempt to get them to work, but had to resort to chopping up the back of the case to get the cords to work. Had no other issues with the other cases I have from Retropie, including the NESpi4, just with this design. Disappointing.
