They work, they're just too bright
As others have mentioned, for night-time use, the display was way too bright. There is access to the current limiting LED resistors on the back side. R1=red ring, R2-5 the blue squares. 0603. I went with a 3.3k for the Red and 33k for the blue

It works but is SUPER bright
Works nice but is SUPER bright in a dark environment. Really looks nice outside in bright sunlight. Make sure you install a momentary contact switch so the meter does not stay illuminated all the time, like I initially did. #1 it drains the batteries and #2 it lights up a dark room.

Massive Display with little real word use
This thing is too larger to be used in all most ever aspect. Connection wire are not marked properly and it confusing, Due to the brightness on this display it has to be consumming too much energy from the battery its supposed to be monitoring, Seen to be best used on a test bech as a poorman volt meeter and a lousy you. This product needs to be 1/3 - 1/5 with low power enhancenets
