I purchased this tree last year after my original tree from another seller died. I plugged it in and the bottom lights were dim and I knew I should have checked before I put it away. I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced the strand and were extremely polite.

Easy to put together lights are pretty I would have liked different colors for the multi colors .

This tree is certainly not for a small space. The pieces limbs kept falling off when separating the limbs. And there's hardly any red bulbs.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this tree because of the price and the ability to change lights from colored to all white.The problem is that when I select white lights, the bottom of the tree stays in colored lights….. soYou don’t have all white lights.The tree was easy to assemble.

It's a great tree and the lights are bright. The only issue I have with the item is when the multi color lights are on steady they aren't as bright as when they are flashing.

Such a perfect tree! Nice and fluffy (took about an hour to get it fully fluffed) and the changing lights were a nice bonus. Very bright! Loved it!

If this product worked as intended I would give 5 stars, however it does not, the bottom section (section C) the lights were faulty. Very dim and couldn’t change the function to white lights, just dim multicoloured lights.I contacted the manufacturer to explain the fault, (the contact number doesn’t work, nor does the “chat” function). I eventually got a response requesting more info, I sent it, I am still awaiting a response.*** update***I have received a partial refund, once my initial review was seen, the cyst service department was very quick to get back to me.I have amended my initial review from 1 star to 3, but I will leave my comment

Worked OK when tried it out from the box. It seemed like a lovely tall, full tree!We put all the decorations on it, plugged it in, only to find the lights no longer work. Checked the plug to find faulty wiring! (See pictures). Refund requested and awaiting for the faulty tree to be collected. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The tree is beautiful full and wonderful to look at. Light selection is just what I wanted. white lights for me and when grandchildren over coulor so everyone is happy.
