Will you have the letters T and E available soon?

We think the letters T and E will be arrived at the end of Nov.

Can i order letters that are not shown?

I don't know. check with Amazon Customers Services to find out, I need a tote with the letter C on it and they had it. What letter are you looking for?

Is there an outside pocket on both sides of the bag? Or is there only a pocket where the monogram letter is?

Only one pocket under monogram.

Why isn’t there an M available?

M was out of stock, the new batch will be arrived at the end of August.

Beautiful gift bag! Glad I purchased

I bought this as a gift bag for my sister's birthday and she LOVED it. It is strong/durable quality, looks very pretty, and is a great price. The size was perfect for what I needed, its like the size of a large purse. I'm glad I purchased it and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a customized gift for someone special.Hope this helps!
