I bought this straightener from someone selling who came into my office. I have always wanted a wet/damp to straight iron and bought two because of the reviews. I have used it since July and this morning it shut off and will not turn back on. I take extremely good care of my styling tools. It's not been dropped or misused. I'm totally bummed about it not working. The person it was purchased from guaranteed it, and when I called the number provided, it is not in service. I've emailed the company and am waiting to hear back from them.

I haven't ordered from this seller BUT the straightner is GREAT! I love it! Pretty much in one stroke, it's straighten, it did not burn or make my hair smell like burnt hair. I haven't tried wet but that will be my next thing. I don't use any hair protect product I just use the straightener. You can put as high or low the temperature. I got it as a gift, I came on here to see how much it cost and well $99 bucks, if you are like me who has invested in sooooo many hair straighteners throughout your life.. This is so far THE BEST! I have the ghd and I guess it depends on which one you get but this one beats the ghd I have. Just saying because I know how nerve racking it is to invest in these and not be worth it BUT this one IS!

I have a nice hot tools straightener already. I tired my sisters like this and fell in love... made my nice expensive hot tools look like walmart quality in comparison. I got one the next day! This one is awesome... will not disappoint
